Cómodo aunque con molestias de ruido.

Me hospedé durante 6 noches y, en tres ocasiones distintas, tuve que comunicarme con recepción porque en el piso de arriba estaban realizando trabajos con taladros y martillos, generando muchísimo ruido.

Sinceramente, me parece inaceptable que este tipo de trabajos se realicen durante la estadía de los huéspedes sin ningún tipo de aviso o consideración. La segunda vez que tuve que llamar ya estaba bastante molesta y, aun así, no recibí ninguna compensación ni tuvieron ningún gesto frente a las molestias ocasionadas.

Además, en varias oportunidades tuve que llamar reiteradamente para que finalmente cesara el ruido. En una de ellas me explicaron que eran trabajos que realmente necesitaban realizarse, lo cual entiendo, pero justamente por eso considero que deberían planificarse y coordinarse de manera que afecten lo menos posible a los huéspedes.

Uno elige un hotel esperando poder descansar y tener una estadía tranquila y, en muchos casos, también necesita trabajar o tener reuniones desde la habitación. Lamentablemente, durante mi estadía esto no fue respetado.

El desayuno muy bien, destaco la atención de todo el personal, fueron muy amables en todo momento. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son super cómodas, la limpieza también. El Wifi para trabajar funciona bastante bien. Volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%
