Pros:

La chambre au 5 étage, le restaurant, très recommandable, avec une jolie vue, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La piscine n’a pas de profondeur, c’est un couloir de nage entièrement en petit bain. Mais la vue sur la ville est belle.

Prachtig nieuw hotel in het midden van de stad. Mooie accomodatie, prachtige inrichting, goed ontbijt, fraaie kamers

Pros:

Estuvimos en una suite. Muy grande, nuevo todo, luminoso y bien equipado. Silencioso.

El personal está un poco despistado. Supongo que es muy nuevo y están haciéndose. La limpieza diaria normalita. Se les olvida reponer jabones pasar el aspirador todos los días y algún detalle que se espera que en suite no pase.. lo avisamos en su momento a recepción creo que no mejoró. El teléfono de servicio de habitaciones no cogían o tardaban un montón. El primer desayuno fue ridículo, yo creo que no sabían prepararlo.. puse queja y no me lo cobraron, el segundo mejoró aunque me cobraron dos desayunos y era uno en fin, creo que están aún verdes a nivel de personal..

Creo que un hotel de 5 estrellas debería de estar siempre disponible y abierto el servicio de cafeteria. Entre la hora fin de desayuno y el comienzo del servicio de mediodía en el restaurante/cafeteria no nos dieron ninguna alternativa para tomar un cafe o una tostada. Igualmente creo que el personal es escaso en esa sección ya que tardan mucho en atender. Tampoco entiendo como un hotel de 5 estrellas recién construido, no exista una doble puerta en la habitación (vestidor) para aislar de los ruidos del pasillo o por propia privacidad para el baño. Tampoco es logico que teniendo 3 ascensores modernos no estén sincronizados entre si y se tarde tanto tiempo esperando por uno.
