Quando entramos no Hotel há logo algo que é notório e incrivel: o cheiro! Todo o hotel cheira maravilhosamente bem!
A limpeza é eximia e constante.
O quarto é amplo, com bom isolamento e com todas as comodidades e extras necessários na estadia. De salientar a qualidade superior dos produtos de higiene!
Pequenos almoços com tudo o que possam imaginar, tendo sempre colaboradores prontos a ajudar no for necessário!
Experiência do jantar igualmente memorável!
Fomos a Valladolid para conhecer a cidade, logo não usufruimos dos espaços disponíveis interiores. Contamos faze-lo numa próxima viagem!
Não posso terminar sem referir a simpatia do pessoal, não só connosco, como com a nossa pequenita.
Sem dúvida, a melhor experiência de hotel que já tivemos.

São poucas as críticas que posso fazer!
Mas houve pequenos pormenores, que sendo um hotel de 5* gostaria de ter visto salvaguardadas.
Na minha reserva referi que ia com uma criança de 3 anos e no entanto, só tínhamos toalhas para 2 pessoas no quarto.
Uma vez que pedimos para alterar para um quarto superior por ter sofá cama e tendo chegado perto da meia noite, tb gostaria que tivesse havido a atenção de perguntarem se queríamos a cama feita no sofá. Não vi tão pouco roupa de cama para o efeito. Acabamos por não usar, pois a cama era grande suficiente para os 3!
É algo mesmo irrisório, pq facilmente é melhorado e toda a experiência referida acima, supera isto.
