Cons:

La ubicación ya que está lejos del metro y que el aseo dela habitación lo hacen en la tarde y a veces uno llegaba y la cama sin hacer y sin toallas limpias

Good location and clean
Pros:

The location and the room spacious and with kitchen

Cons:

They have a hospital in the other side of the hotel building and all the time the front of hotel was busy and noisy in the room from outside. They have a limited breakfast, they need something more international and variety. I don’t like that light and electricity work with the card key from the room, they only give you one.

If we were to return to Medellin, we would definitely stay in the Altus Hotel again. Excellent!
Pros:

We loved the location close to everything we needed like restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, and stores. The breakfast was included and the restaurant attached to the hotel was great. Food delicious. Service was excellent. The room super clean, modern, and comfortable.

Cons:

Just to say something, they can improve on the type of shampoo conditioner they use.

Wir würden es nicht empfehlen. Wir fanden es frech nach den Unannehmlichkeiten noch für das zerbrochene Glas for kolumbi

Das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt und nicht lecker. Im Speisesaal läuft laute Musik und das Personal ist sehr laut.
Wir mussten in der ersten Nacht in einem benutzten Bett schlafen. Es war nicht frisch bezogen, überall Haare und Dreck im Bett. Auch der Boden was dreckig. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde es am nächsten Tag gereinigt. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Der Kochtopf wackelte beim Kochen. 2 Löffel und eine Gabel. Beim Auszug wurde per Walky Talky der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass ein Glas fehlen würde in der Einrichtung. Da das Personal kein Englisch konnte, musste mit dem Handy übersetzt werden. Uns ist das Glas auf den Boden gefallen und zerbrochen. Dafür mussten wir 5 Euro zahlen. Des Weiteren ist es sehr laut. Party nebenan nachts bis in die Puppen und der Straßenlärm waren nervig.
