We will stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Location to the town center. Pool and spa facilities were excellent. Very clean and new.

Cons:

They need to offer milk for coffee and tea which is in your room. Creamer is not good enough. A small jug of fresh milk in fridge would be great if they don’t want to use small plastic containers.

Great new hotel with amazing spa.
Pros:

One of the best hotels in Marianske lazne, if not the best one. Everything was perfect. Amazing spa, great breakfast, very professional and nice staff. Beatiful cafe at the corner.

Cons:

Dinners and drinks in the bar a bit overpriced, even in comparison with other 5* hotels in the city.

Pobyt v nově zrekonstruovaném prostředí
Pros:

Vše nové, příjemné prostředí, pohodlné spaní.

Cons:

(1) Cena za parkování v garáži. Opravdu je nutné, aby byl hotel zvenku obklopen parkujícími (i drahými) vozy a hotelová garáž byla téměř prázdná? Byla jsem na 1 noc, takže jsem zaplatila, měla jsem pro sebe skoro celou garáž, na víc nocí bych ani já nebyla ochotná. Parkování v garáži využívám pravidelně, avšak tuto praktiku hotelů považuji za neseriózní. (2) Když už je cena sklenky vína cca 0,15 l v hodnotě láhve kvalitního vína 0,7 l, je opravdu nutné, aby u obrovského nápisu VÍNA, byla miniaturní informace v pravém horním rohu 0,15 l? Když už nasadíte cenu, statečně se k ní přiznejte. Hotel Vašeho typu to nemá za potřebí.

Wir waren sehr zu frieden aber es gibt noch Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Frühstück ist super. 6 min. Eier kochen wird noch.

Cons:

Abendessen im Restaurant wenig Auswahl und dazu noch schlecht und teuer.

Pros:

Výběr snídaně slušný,

Cons:

Problém s teplotou některých pokrmů u snídaně, studené sázené vejce, lívance, míchaná vejce, při větším příchodu hostů nestíhání doplnění nabídky u pokrmů které jsou nejžádanější. Nevyvětratelný zvláštní odér v pokoji. Zvláštní požadavek na složení kauce kauce za osobu a den 1000 Kč i když pobyt byl již dopředu uhrazen, celkem tedy 8 000Kč, který jsem odmítnul. Německý klient který se ubytoval přede mnou o kauci požádám nebyl. To mi přišlo velmi zvláštní a velmi urážející.
