Krásný moderní hotel s výjimečným spa a skvělým servisem, který předčil očekávání
Pros:

Je nově otevřený, vše je nové a velmi moderní. Design je naprosto úžasný, vše je promyšlené do detailu. Postele jsou pohodlné, v koupelnách i ve spa je kvalitní kosmetika. Snídaně jsou chutné, v lobby je vlastní pramen, personál je velmi milý a profesionální. Hotel předčil má očekávání.

Spa centrum je opravdu výjimečné — sauny, hammam, relaxační zóny i bazén jsou krásně navržené. Velkým plusem je také fitness a dobře vybavený dětský koutek. Hotel se nachází přímo v centru, zároveň u lesa, což je ideální na procházky.

Personál byl velmi vstřícný, vše se řešilo rychle a s ohledem na hosty. Oceňuji také, že vstup do spa a bazénu s dětmi je umožněn pouze do 16:00 — je to velmi dobře nastavené a příjemné pro všechny. Solná místnost je skvělá a relaxační zóna s výhledem na město je opravdu nádherná.

Cons:

Hotel je zatím částečně v rekonstrukci, ale během našeho pobytu nám to nijak zásadně nevadilo. Oceňuji, že nás ve spa předem informovali o možném hluku. Terasa zatím není otevřená. Parkování je nutné rezervovat a platí se zvlášť. Snídaně jsou dobré, ale výběr není příliš široký — občas se stávalo, že některá jídla došla a bylo potřeba požádat o doplnění. Menší bazén má stejnou teplotu jako velký, což je trochu škoda, protože by mohl být teplejší (například jako vířivka).

Rundum wohlgefühlt und jede Minute genossen

Das gesamte Personal stets hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Hotel ist nicht hellhörig, wir konnten ohne jegliche Geräusche vom Gang schlafen. Große Betten mit sehr großer Bettdecke für 2 Personen, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist etwas dürftig. Aber sicherlich ein Genuss, wir haben jedoch außerhalb zu Abend gegessen. Die Kritik der Pool ist zu kalt kann ich nicht bestätigen, zum Schwimmen ideal temperiert. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Ein Vollautomat mit verschiedenen Heißgetränken wäre hier eine tolle Anschaffung für ein Nachmittagsgetränk ohne den Wellnessbereich verlassen zu müssen.

Tolles neues Hotel, super freundliches Personal. Es muss sich nur weiter Einspielen...
Pros:

Für unser Baby war im Zimmer alles super vorbereitet: Bett und Badewanne standen parat.

Tolles ausgiebiges und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet

Kids corner sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

Sehr schöner Spa Bereich

Cons:

Die nicht abstellbare Klimaanlage bläst in der Kids Corner direkt ins Bällbad. D.h. die Kinder toben und schwitzen dort um gleich "abgekühlt" zu werden.

Das wärmere Becken im Spa Bereich war mit 31 Grad angegeben. Das ist für kleine Kinder leider zu kalt um angenehm zu baden.

Snídaně byla luxusní!
Čistota všude v hotelu. Pokoj moc hezký a moderní - my měli nádherný boční výhled až na Kolonádu.
Prostředí wellness krásné, čisté, moderní.
Personál byl převážně mladý a svižný, usměvavý.

Cons:

Bohužel restaurace a její menu v době večeře.
Předražené, a k tomu mizerný výběr, bohužel.
Nevím, jaké bylo menu pro ty, kteří měli zaplacenou polopenzi. Možná, že lepší :-)

Vielleicht kann man es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt hier nochmal probieren, aber aktuell nicht.

Pools viel zu kalt
Dampfsauna funktioniert nicht richtig
Spa/Wellness insgesamt zu kalt (Gänge, Aufenthaltsräume)
Bar sehr ungemütlich und abends taghell erleuchtet
Zimmer groß, Bad zu kalt, Klimaanlage schafft kein warmes Raumklima

Zusammenfassend muss man sagen, dass das Hotel alles hat und gut zu werden, aber es ist noch nicht reif bei den "Großen" mitzuspielen. Es hapert noch an Abläufen und Abstimmungen. Und dafür ist es aktuell einfach noch zu teuer. Wenn alles passt, zahle ich den Preis gern!

Das größte Mango ist wirklich der Spa und die Kälte, das haben auch schon mehrere Gäste moniert. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man hier nicht kurzfristig eine Änderung herbeiführt. Gerade um diese Jahreszeit ist das Spa/Wellness ein Hauptkriterium bei der Buchung.

Ein Hotel mit Potenzial und freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die stets lösungsorientiert sind.
Pros:

Das Personal war engagiert und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, auch wenn es doch einiges gab, was noch verbesserungswürdig ist. (Das Hotel hat erst im Januar 2026 eröffnet) Das Frühstück war sehr gut, doch die Abendkarte sollte mehr Vielfalt enthalten. In einem 5* Haus erwartet man einfach eine höhere Qualität.

Cons:

Das Umfeld war nicht so attraktiv, wie erwartet. Die Sauberkeit in den Straßen sollte sehr verbessert werden, zumal viele Hotels und Touristen am Standort sind.

Das Personal war einfach TOP, sehr zuvorkommend und fast alle immer super Aufmeksam.
Das Hotel ist super neu,sowie modern und durchdacht.
Beim Frühstück hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Negativ war nur eine Dame(personal) die in der Relax Zone den neu Angekommenen lautstark alles erklärt hat,das hat uns schon etwas gestört....
sowie die Leute die sich nicht benehmen konnten(extrem lautes Kind, sehr laut im Wellness Bereich)etc., dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts....

Cons:

Uns persönlich gefällt nicht,das es ein Wellness Bereich ist, in dem Handtuch oder Badekleidung Pflicht ist.......sollte man wissen wenn man richtiger Saunagänger ist......
Ebenso ist der angebliche Ruheraum ..... (siehe oben) zu klein bzw. zu unruhig
