Nothing. Everything was outstanding.

Hlavní neduh jsou jejich krásná automatická světla na pokoji. Pokud tam přijdete v podvečer, udělá to hodně parády. Pokud tím v noci vzbudíte ženu, a stane se vám to dvakrát za víkend, je to vskutku priceless. Pokud to vyřešení, zvolil bych jinde. (snaha ze strany recepce byla, ale zřejmě to musí technicky upravit). Trochu bylo vidět, že juniorní personál není proškolen na 5* standard. Snažili se, ale nebylo to uplně ono.

Bohužel architektonicky nešťastně řešená hotelová garáž se sloupy, takže pro SUV je vjezd/výjezd a parkování trochu výzvou. Nakonec jsme to ale zvládli. Nicméně toto je jen mini - detail.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel wurde auf Google Maps falsch angezeigt. Die TG bietet nur wenigen Autos Platz. Eine bessere Beschilderung wäre hilfreich.
Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack sehr hart. Das Fitnessstudio war sehr schön, jedoch würde ich mir in einem 5-Sterne Haus andere, bessere, Fitnessgeräte wünschen. Das Laufband zB war sehr wacklig. Auch die Größe vom Studio könnte mehr sein.
Das Team im Restaurant wirkt noch nicht sehr eingespielt. So wurde mein Essen 2x vergessen (zuerst die Hauptspeise und danach die Nachspeise). Obwohl sich der freundliche Kellner mehrmals entschuldigte, sollte das bei diesen Preisen nicht passieren.

We booked a "Superluxe" room to celebrate a birthday but were met with total disrespect and a complete collapse of basic hotel service:

​Room Service: We arrived late at night on July 5, 2026. Since the rooftop lounge was closed during our entire stay and the restaurant shut down too early, we decided to order two sandwiches from Room Service, which, according to the in-room info, is supposed to be 24/7. The manager took our order and promised to call back or deliver the food. Instead, the hotel simply ignored us — no one called, no food was brought. We were forced to wait hungry until 2:00 AM and just went to bed starving.

​Lack of basic service and pure cheapness: On the morning of July 6, 2026, we discovered there was not even milk or cream for coffee in our luxury room. I called the reception to resolve this. In response, the manager started aggressively raising his voice at me, condescendingly shouting that they are "eco-friendly and against plastic." If you care about the environment, buy quality milk in cardboard or paper packaging. Covering up your own cheapness and cost-cutting on VIP guests under the guise of "sustainability" is disgraceful.

​Hygiene issues: Upon check-in on July 5, 2026, we shared the elevator with staff members who were delivering a cheese, nut, and grape platter to a guest's room. Right in front of us, the boy and girl were poking the food with their bare fingers, smelling it, and guessing what kind of cheese it was. I genuinely feel sorry for the guest who received that platter. Hygiene control in this hotel is non-existent.

​SPA Zone: Incredibly small, dirty, with used towels scattered everywhere, and the floor was extremely slippery, which is an actual safety hazard.

​Theft of a birthday gift and pure aggression: On my birthday (July 6, 2026), we returned from a walk and discovered that a birthday gift had vanished from our luxury room.

Ačkoliv jsme si objednali bezbariérový pokoj, nebyla opět k dispozici garáž. Víme, že jsme pobyt zarezervavali až v den příjezdu ráno, ale přesto si myslíme, že k bezbariérovému pokoji by garáž být k dispozici měla.
Navíc, velmi nás zamrzelo, že hosté přes Slevomat dostali při příjezdu na recepci lepší nabídku než my, což nás velmi mrzí, obzvláště, když jsme opakovaní hosté. Zjistili jsme tím, že je cenově daleko lepší si pobyt koupit přes Slevomat, což se nám velmi nelíbí.
Jsme z celého přístupu zklamaní a do hotelu již nikdy nepřijedeme.

V pokoji mi chyběla pořádná skříň. Otevřené police možná vypadají hezky v katalogu, ale v praxi toho moc nepojmou a ne všechno chcete mít vystavené pro pokojskou. Jeden šuplík je pro dva lidi opravdu málo. V prostorné koupelně jsou jen dva háčky na ručníky, hned vedle sebe, takže ručníky špatně schnou — a místo na usušení plavek by se taky hodilo.

Na některém personálu by to chtělo ještě zapracovat. Třeba slečny na baru. Jak na terase tak v lobby.
