Pros:

Newly built hotel offering a selection of facilities: top of the line gym equipment, beautiful and relaxing spa area including steam, sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi. Very efficient massage therapist. Heated pool and comfortable lounge chairs, choice of Asian and Mediterranean restaurant. Giza pyramids and GEM are 20 minutes away. Staff is very professionnel, welcoming, friendly and attentive. حداثة الفندق و يعتبر من الفنادق الفخمة
موقعه بالقرب من أركان سكوير مركز تسوق ومطاعم راقية
الغرفة كبيرة

Cons:

عازل النوافذ سئ ، ازعاج من الخارج وخصوصا من الكازينو المقابل للفندق وبحكم الغرفة كانت على الواجهة .
عدم نظافة مكينة القهوة الموجودة في الغرفة
بطء في خدمة الغرف ، وتجاهل للطلب حصل مرة واحدة
ارتفاع أسعار الخدمات الموجودة في الفندق مثل الاكل والسبا .....

Ottima nuovissima soluzione fuori dal traffico infernale del Cairo, a 20 minuti dal GEM e Giza
Pros:

Breakfast abbastanza ricco. Ristoranti eccellenti, non ho visto la SPA. Grande cortesia del personale e zone comuni molto eleganti.

A Home Away from Home: An Unforgettable Stay at Giza Palace Hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Giza Palace Hotel. The hotel is set back in a quiet, private location and fully protected by a boundary wall, which adds a strong sense of security and exclusivity. There is high-level security across the road, and you’re conveniently close to the famous Arkhan shopping area. The overall atmosphere is calm, elegant, and relaxing.

After an exhausting 8-hour journey, the welcome we received was exceptional. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were genuinely warm and friendly. We were offered warm apple cider with cinnamon, which instantly helped calm my headache — a very thoughtful touch.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, furnished with high-quality Italian furniture, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Each room includes a mini fridge, and complimentary glass-bottled water is provided daily, which I really appreciated.

The hotel has an amazing special touch throughout, with craftsmanship of an exceptionally high standard. The attention to detail is outstanding — I honestly couldn’t find even the smallest mistake in the décor or interior design.

The staff truly made this stay special. From the door staff like Mohammed, to Concierge Yasser, and Guest Services Farah Youssary, everyone went above and beyond. They made us feel like we were at home — more like family than guests.

The hotel offers a complimentary jacuzzi and sauna for guests, and the quality of these facilities is absolutely top tier. Additionally, I ordered food very late one night, and despite it being around 2:30 a.m., the chef prepared a beautiful meal — truly impressive service.

Overall, Giza Palace Hotel delivers comfort, elegance, outstanding hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

Cons:

One small downside is that on the ground floor, there always seemed to be music playing. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to make a quiet phone call at times.
Also would expect a prayer facility/mosque to pray 5 times as there’s no local mosque to go and pray.

If you’re using Uber, finding the entrance can be a bit tricky. I would suggest adding clearer signage on the main road to guide drivers more easily.
