Albergatori improvvisati.
Pros:

Struttura nuova.

Cons:

Questi si sono svegliati una mattina ed hanno deciso di fare gli albergatori senza nessuna esperienza.
È un albergo senza personale. Ti mandano i codici per poter aprire il portone e la porta della camera. In due giorni non ho visto nessuno. Il problema è che siamo in Serbia, dive il roaming europeo non funziona e quindi ti puoi trovare senza connessione. Dormirai quindi in macchina, se non hai sul tuo Cell i codici delle porte. È un albergo di 32 camere e quindi una persona ci potrebbe pure stare, almeno per qualche ora fra pomeriggio e sera. Inoltre al pianterreno c'é un ristorante che fa parte della stessa banda di gente e che potrebbe fare un minimo di servizio di reception.
In camera, pur vasta, non c'è né una sedia né un tavolo. Un bicchiere d'acqua te lo devi bere seduto sul letto.
Non c'è un posto dove mettere la valigia, la appoggi a terra.
Non c'é una mensola in bagno, non sai dove mettere lo spazzolino ed il dentifricio.
Nella doccia il sapone lo devi appoggiare a terra e chinarti ogni volta, nessun reggisapone.
La doccia è aperta, il telefono schizza dappertutto e il bagno si inonda. E resta inondato perché non vengono effettuate le pulizie.
Il quartiere è decentrato e bruttino.
Ti inondano di messaggi perché hanno bisogno di informazioni su di te. Ti mandano degli SMS anonimi da un numero americano. Smanettoni incompetenti.
Questi non sono mai stati in in albergo e non sanno cosa sia il loro mestiere.

Pros:

Smeštaj je potpuno nov i jako savremen. Objekat je opremljen svim neophodnim elementima. Osoblje je bilo veoma prijatno i ljubazno, a u sklopu hotela nalazi se i kafe-restoran te smo mogli ostaviti kofer. Lokacija je od centra grada na nekih 30tak minuta hoda, a autom se brzo stiže kroz par minuta, dok u neposrednoh blizini objekata se nalazi veliki broj radnji tako da je sve veoma blizu. Sve pohvale i preporuke za objekat i rado bismo se opet vratili.

We also highly recommend dining at Ton Restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful, and the service is just as impeccable as the hotel’s. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, making it a highlight of our trip.

Everything was excellent. The place was brand new, very modern and extremely clean. Breakfast was great with tasty healthy option. The location is very convenient and easy to get around Novi Sad. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and felt fresh and new.
