Not terrible but definitely not great, unpredictable and unorganized!
Pros:

It was decorated nicely, most staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s new and the heating and air wasn’t working in some rooms… one being ours. They did move us then our keys stopped working and the digital keys also weren’t working. Then when I booked through booking.com I added a complimentary breakfast, I asked 4 employees how to obtain said complimentary breakfast and they said just order off the menu then when I get back I notice they changed me! I called to get it fixed and they can only add points to my account. Now I’m requesting an invoice due to this was a work stay and they are giving me the run around and saying they have to ask a manager to give me a detailed invoice and then they hung up on me!
