Cozy comfortable stay in lovely Vienna.
Pros:

Location, quiet neighborhood, rooms were very nice and well appointed.

Cons:

Didn’t love not having a reception desk with a person to greet at the entrance to the hotel. Digital phone key was fine but if you runout of battery…
Breakfast was decent but for the price could have been a little more. The eggs and shakshuka were not hot. For the price of breakfast, warm eggs are nice!

Pros:

Oda ve yatak fena değildi.

Cons:

Klima yoktu, terlik yoktu. El sabunu olarak koydukları sıvıyı, duş ve saç şampuanı olarakta koymuşlardı. Ayrı bir saç şampuanı beklerdik. 1 saat geç çıkabilir miyiz dediğimizde bizden para ek para istediler.

Pros:

I liked very much the the front desk service approch , always open, always happy to assist , flexible as much as possible

Pros:

Tesis Viyana merkeze çok yakındı.özellikle yetişkin oğlum la birlikte 3 kişinin kalabileceği bir odada kaldık süperdi .etrafında kahvaltı edeceğiniz yada yemek yiyeceğiniz yerler mevcut ayrıca çok temiz ve düzenli .Bavullarınızla erken geldiyseniz hiç problem yok bavul dolaplarına eşyalarını koyarak gezinize başlayabilirsiniz .

Banyo terliği yazılmış ama kişi başı değil sadece 1 adet bırakılmış

Pros:

The hotel was pretty good, nice clean. I loved the locker idea. The stuff was great and very helpful. Food at restaurant good.

Cons:

The fact that we need to check in on tablet and fix our own cards made it a little uncomfortable. We faced some troubles and we were worried until someone from the staff jumped in to help.

Bella e lo staff abbastanza gentile

Cons:

La pulizia non era sempre top, avevo pagato un extra per avere la macchina per il caffè ed il the in camera ma non pervenuta, le finestre non si aprono quindi è mancata aria fresca da fuori e l’aria condizionata tutta la notte (senza la quale era impossibile stare lì dentro) mi ha fatto venire male al collo, prima di arrivare mi avevano assicurato loro stessi che le finestre si sarebbero potute sbloccare per essere aperte completamente, invece al mio arrivo mi hanno detto che non era possibile e mi hanno guardata come se fossi un’idiota, diciamo che se siete claustrofobici non è neanche il top stare in una stanza così.
Cara la colazione quindi abbiamo scelto di evitarla, il servizio bar da migliorare dato che mi hanno addebitato due volte la stessa cifra per errore a quanto pare.
