Está cadena de hoteles es un espectáculo. No me hospedaría en otro lugar que no sea faranda.
Estuvimos tanto en palacio de agua como en balconario que es nuevo y es un espectáculo de hotel
La atención es de locos estan siempre siempre Atentos a cada detalle. Las instalaciones huelen delicioso, a las habitaciones no se les pasó ni un solo detalle lo tienen todo colchón delicioso almohadas espectaculares baños divinos agua perfecta todo es increíble.
La piscina Wow la vista en el rooftop es mejor que cualquier otro detalle Cartagena. El desayuno es increíble. Los muebles donde te sientas super acolchados

Superbe hôtel, décoré avec goût, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel aussi très arrangeant. Nous venions de la zone du tremblement de terre et avons loupé notre premier nuit car bloqués dans la région du café, et ils ne nous ont pas fait payer cette nuit là. Je recommande !

Buen hotel.
Pros:

Hotel nuevo, muy bien ubicado dentro de la ciudad amurallada. Personal extremadamente amable, instalaciones muy bonitas, habitación con todo lo necesario y una decoracion magnifica. Un plus es el rooftop que tiene con una vista increibles y que tiene 2 piscinas (primer piso y ultimo piso).

Cons:

No tienen asesor y tiene 4 pisos + el rooftop.
Un poco de ruido en las noches los fines de semana. Esta muy cerca al sitio "La Movida" se alcanza a escuchar de noche la musica de ese establecimiento, a pesar de que las ventanas tienen aislamiento acustico. Pero esto ultimo no depende del hotel sino del bar vecino.
No hay servicio de bebidas o comida en la piscina del ultimo piso. Hay que pedir todo por whatsapp y personal que es sumamente amable lo sube.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Cartagena

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town. The hotel decor was gorgeous, blending modern while still retaining the existing architecture of Cartagena. The communal areas were comfortable and tasteful and we loved the downstairs pool area. The rooftop views across Cartagena old town, Bocogrande and the Caribbean Sea was amazing, especially when sitting in the pool or lounging on the beds. The bedroom and bathrooms were very luxurious and with all amenities. The buffer breakfast was delicious. All the staff in the hotel were professional, friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay

Perfect Home for a Few Days in Nafplio

Simply the perfect home to spend a few days in wonderful Nafplio. The room was beautiful, clean, and just perfect for our family. Advaya, our hostess, was incredibly accommodating and made herself available for anything we needed. She was a superstar. You couldn't find a more perfect location - steps from the sea and the old city. Everything is right there. I rate this a 10 of 10 for families, couples and single travelers.

​This hotel showed us their true colors when they tried to charge us $160 USD for a basic laundry service. After we filed an official complaint, they reduced the price to $80 USD, which is still an absurd. In addition, they damage some of our cloth, including a dress used a few days ago in a wedding.

They are scammers, and they will try to squeeze money out of you for every single thing you do at the hotel. Avoid at all costs!

This completely ruined our family vacation because it shattered our trust in the local tourism.

They will try to nickel-and-dime you for everything. The only way these places learn is when travelers stop booking them.

Do Cartagena's tourism community a favor and support an honest local business instead. There are plenty of other great hotels to choose from—do not book this one!

It was very clean, with a modern and calm feeling.

Cons:

There was no elevator and as we were on the top floor it was a bit difficult to walk up the stairs and bring the suitcases down. The tables at breakfast were very small making it difficult to keep all the dishes.
