la noche mas insoportable en Medellin

la atención de Jenny en recepción por la mañana. el haber podido abandonar las instalaciones para poderme sentir mas segura y poder dormir, dado que hubo cero empatía de parte de la recepción nocturna al colgarme el teléfono

la ubicación esta sobre una avenida con ventanas muy sencillas lo que hace que el ruido sea como si uno estuviera durmiendo en la calle. solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que estaban llenos de reservas para ese dia . al preguntar para la siguiente noche me colgaron el teléfono, haciendo caso omiso de mi petición, hasta el momento en que me vieron bajar con mis maletas para abandonar las instalaciones. la zona esta en el centro rodeada de talleres mecánicos y personas en situación de calle, lo cual nos hacia blanco vulnerable de cualquier situación de riesgo. por esta situación tuvimos que regresar temprano antes de que obscureciera al hotel.adicional al no haber aire acondicionado te ponen un ventilador lleno de polvo en el cuarto, el cual por evidentes razones no prendimos. las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros. el control remoto un problema para que cambie canal( no funciona)

La ubicacion era increible. Bien centrica. Frente a una principal y a una esquina del metro. Facil y comodo llegar.
