Pros:

El desayuno, que va incluido esta muy bien, solo que varia el servicio segun el mesero.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no se hace al menos de que la pidas. Y te dan solo 1 botella de agua por lo que dure la estancia.

La atención del personal, fueron muy amables.

Cons:

La cama tenía un plástico en el colchón que sonaba y hacía transpirar. La falta de aseo diario hacia complejo poder, por lo menos, retirar la basura. También se sentía todo el ruido de la calle, peleas, gritos de fútbol y bocinazos muy de madrugada. El desayuno podría tener mayor variedad.

Absolutamente todo, es un hotel increiblemente completo, con un personal muy agradable, Jairo,Sebastian, Nicole y Paulina en la recepcion super amables y los chicos del restaurante Dian y Karen en el servicio y Sonia y Alex en la cocina un verdadero gusto encontrarse con tanta gente tan amable y profesional y el servicio de jacuzzi y sauna le dan un plus

Todo perfecto. Limpio, nuevo y habitaciones amplias y luminosas. El personal siempre atento y amable. Viaje sola y me senti muy segura.

Cons:

Si es verdad que a veces se escucha un poco de ruido de afuera. Pero cerrando la ventana y la puerta del baño para dormir ni hay ninguna problema.

Muy Mala y Exageradamente costosa
Pros:

El desayuno es muy básico y poco. Sugerencias: coloquen mantequilla y quesos si o si, las frutas y algo de yogur pueden estar en una estación aparte para el que quiera o simplemente para el que quiera llevar algún snacks, se siente muchísimo la mezquindad con los alimentos, un solo vaso de jugo, una sola taza de café, eso no esta bien, el man de barba esta siempre molesto.
La ubicación la pague como Laureles pero no es Laureles, es Belén, entonces para aclarar, no es mala pero tampoco es la mejo, el hotel esta ubicado en una vía principal y las habitaciones no tienen anti ruido, se escucha todo!

Desayuno muy básico, no ponen queso ni mantequilla, solo un vaso de jugo y una taza de café
Habitación pequeña y no hacen el servicio si tu no lo pides, yo compre para 4 personas y llame para validar que mis hijos durmieran cómodos y me dijeron que si, en ese sofá cama no caben 2 ninos, no es cómodo, en general el espacio no es para 4 personas, cuando mucho una pareja y un chico hasta 10 anos
