Quality Hotel in Petra
Pros:

The hotel is excellent; the room is very comfortable, and it offers great value for money. The staff were very attentive and helpful—the receptionist Noor, the duty manager, and the staff in general were all very attentive and helpful. I would return to this hotel without hesitation. Thank you :)

Great hospitality, modern and beautiful experience
Pros:

The hotel itself is GORGEOUS. It’s around 3min drive up the hill from central Petra, it has very good security and a lot of land therefore the pool/courtyard areas are huge. The sun hits all day and we witnessed the most amazing sunset, the sunset hits behind the mountains behind the pool - everyone was up taking photos. The room was modern, tasteful and very spacious. I’m from the UK, my partners from Ireland and we live in Sydney Australia - we have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and we were thoroughly impressed by Petra Pillars. The staff were excellent, the drinks we had were fresh and well recommended and the reception lady gave us great recommendations for dinner in Petra which we listened to and had an exceptional night of food. We stayed in off season and I suspect because of government warnings for travel, the hotel was quieter, but don’t let this put you off - in fact take advantage of this. We had a full Arabic breakfast spread with the option to order extra from the chef, which we did - an omlette and pancakes which were delicious and well needed before our 4 hour walk in Petra. We will be staying at this hotel again in 2027 when we returned to Jordan. I felt very safe, and the hospitality was second to none. Thank you very much for looking after us we are beyond grateful for this experience

Pros:

Hotel spettacolare da ogni punto di vista. La posizione e la stanza davvero belli. Difficile trovare un difetto a questo hotel. La signorina Noor alla reception davvero brava, cordiale e gentile. Cibo di ottima qualità e personale attento.

Cons:

Davvero non c'è nulla in questo hotel che non possa piacere. Se trovate qualcosa che non vi piace è perché siete voi dei rompiscatole a cui non va mai bene nulla.

Wonderful hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jordan, but what we will remember most is the exceptional welcome and kindness of Mouhamad and Noor.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. They were incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and special.

A huge thank you to Mouhamad and Noor for making us feel so welcome and for taking such good care of us. People like them really make a difference and are a true reflection of Jordanian hospitality.

We highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful property, great location . Great rooms and swimming pool with refreshing water. But the most amazing was the staff , Mohamed behind the front desc as well as all staff that made the stay a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!

Simplemente espectacular
Pros:

El hotel perfecto en Petra. Con unas vistas impresionantes de las montañas de Petra desde donde se ve un atardecer precioso. Las habitaciones grandes y muy limpias,es un hotel nuevo y las instalaciones son perfectas. El personal del hotel súper amable y siempre atento para que la estancia sea perfecta. La piscina increíble para relajarse con las mejores vistas. A 6 min en coche del centro de visitantes de Petra.
