This was one of the best hotel's we've stayed in, service was fantastic
Pros:

This was one of the best hotel's I've stayed at, the staff were all fantastic, room was the best we've stayed in and the breakfast was great.

I had an issue with my hire car and needed to change the wheel, the staff here were friendly and assisted in changing it over.

The front of house was also very knowledgeable and gave us several suggestions to make the most of our visit at Petra.

Breakfast was a large buffet and had a good choice of fresh foods each morning. They also had eggs and pancakes to order which were cooked perfectly. We also ate at the restaurant twice and this was also very good food.

The hotel was clean and the room was great, bed was very large and comfortable and room was a good size with nice showers.

Everything was modern and built to a high standard. Pool looked really good as well however was not open during winter season which is understandable.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Pros:

Having stayed at many hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this property exceeds international standards in many ways. The level of service and the overall atmosphere are truly impressive, standing out even to a frequent traveler.
The only area where I see room for improvement is the restaurant's culinary presentation. While the stay was excellent, refining the plating and the visual appeal of the dishes would bring the dining experience up to the same high caliber as the rest of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend

Idyllic, mystical, beautiful
Pros:

New hotel, spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the Petra mountains, comfortable beds, and incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional staff. A very peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of traffic.

Every single thing in this property is above great. Staff, room, location, view, food, etc. Omar and Mohammed from restaurant including other staff have been great. We highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for true luxury stay.
