Las instalaciones son buenas
Es un complique para el ingreso y la realizacion del pago, aparecen en Booking pero realmente es un airbnb y si no estas actualizado en tecnologia te vas a quedar durmiendo en la calle porque todo lo hacen por plataformas. El aseo muy deficiente y no son claros desde el prinicipio en las condiciones de limpieza. Lástima.

Cancelé porque la condición era pagar en el alojamiento y desde que hice la reserva cada 2 horas me escribían para que realizara el pago. Maluco.
Impecable las instalaciones y el mantenimiento del lugar… se esmeran en generar una experiencia de confort y descanso… es un lugar tranquilo y seguro …
En cuanto a la gestión de la experiencia del check-in de llegada pueden ser un poco más flexibles en cuanto la entrada a la habitación, en tanto pueden acceder a crear las claves con tiempos más flexibles, siempre y cuando esté disponible, no dejar al usuario esperando la hora exacta para hacer su ingreso (10-15 min)… es una experiencia de atención del primer momento y de ahí la percepción del usuario. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Está ubicado muy cerca al aeropuerto, tener en cuenta que se escuchan bastante los aviones, por si se tiene un sueño muy ligero.
Es la primera vez que me piden sacar la basura del baño y la cocina, normalmente de eso se encarga el establecimiento. En mi caso, que me alojé un miércoles tuve que escuchar música a todo volumen de un lugar cerca al hotel (ajeno al hospedaje, pero igual es incómodo).
De kamer is mooi, ruim en schoon. Er is zelfs een klein keukentje met een airfryer. Het bed ligt heerlijk. Fijne douche. Op 15 minuten rijden van het vliegveld. Voldoende parkeerplek voor de deur en restaurants op loopafstand.
Alles bij dit hotel gaat online. Betalen en ook de toegangscode krijgen, je ziet verder niemand. Dat is op zich niet erg maar je hebt dus wel data of wifi nodig om de betaling te kunnen regelen. Zorg dat als je eerder incheckt je ook checkt dat de toegangscode eerder werkt anders kom je er niet in. Om 4.30u ging het brandalarm af.
