Pros:

El hotel es bonito, limpio y el personal fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia. En general tuvimos una buena experiencia.

Cons:

Como punto a mejorar, la ducha no funcionaba bien con el agua caliente: tardaba mucho en salir y no se mantenía caliente el tiempo suficiente. Además, el hotel no dispone de cuna para bebés/niñ@s ni de silla alta para que puedan comer, algo que sería muy útil para familias.

Exclusive hotel in the heart of Cartagena
Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel, highly recommended—especially for a couple’s vacation. The service was incredible; everything can be easily managed via WhatsApp, even before arrival, which made the experience seamless.

Customer service is outstanding, and the small number of rooms makes the stay feel exclusive and truly special. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. We also spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, which was perfect for unwinding. Although the area outside can be noisy, the rooms are very well insulated, and I slept without any issues at all.

BTW. There was also a vapor iron in the room to help with the outfits.

Pros:

The day time reception guy was very friendly and spoke English. The bed was really comfortable, and the room spacious. The pool on the rooftop was nice to relax.
Brand new hotel in a nice center location.

Cons:

- Breakfast was buffet, but you’re sitting in the dark - even though the room is facing the windows facade to the Main Street.
- there was a loud noise of a pump or something for hours in the night, coming from the bathroom shaft. Called to complaint about it 3x but that was not resolved or any solution was offered at the time.
- our room had a window balcony to a wall 😅
- pool could use a vibe, like some music and maybe some shades in the lounge chairs.
- found it expensive for Colombia (250€/night), the quality of service could improve

To be completely honest, don’t think it was value for the money.

Great experience!
Pros:

Everything was good, great stay in a beautiful new hotel in the heart of Cartagena old town. Staff was super nice, helpful and accomodating. Nice breakfast and a personalized experience. I would go back.
