Pros:

I stayed here for one night when arriving to Cancun. It's only a short Uber ride from the airport and the room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was calm and felt safe.

Pros:

Lieu très propre et confortable. Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel.
Eau chaude dans la douche
Ménage de la chambre fait quotidiennement.
Proche de l'aéroport (16 min en voiture) sans nuisances sonores.Idéal pour une arrivée ou un départ.

Cons:

Lieu un peu loin des plages/du ferry à pied pour se rendre à Isla Mujeres. Nécessité de prendre un taxi/Uber.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit, allerdings war die Kommunikation schwierig, weil wir kein Spanisch sprechen.
Sehr befremdlich fanden wir, dass unsere Koffer weggeräumt wurden und im allgemeinen unser Zimmer aufgeräumt wurde. So dass diverse Dinge in Schubladen geräumt wurden und in (die falschen) waschbeutel

Extremely disappointing!
Pros:

The property is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower for the entire two days, even though the management said it had been fixed when I requested maintenance.

There were no blackout curtains on the windows in my room, and hallway lights left on by other guests meant that I had to get out of bed to turn off lights in the hallway both nights. Between this issue and the very hard bed, I got very little sleep.

Management seemed responsive and friendly but, effectively, nothing was done to improve my experience. It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.
