You will not be disappointed by this property’s offer of safe,clean and convenient location!
Pros:

The clean , large room, the top notch service from kind considerate staff ! The pool was excellent and kept clean as well ! Easy walking /uber to a wide variety of dining choices! Excellent value compared to name brands in same area ! Safe secure neighbourhood , very quiet area ! If you’re travelling and what to get away from the hotel zone madness you will not be disappointed in this property for value and your budget! A added bonus close to many dental groups , eye glasses stores and a cornucopia wellness services .

Quiet, Safe and Comfortable Property!
Pros:

The listing indicates that reception closes at 6:00 pm. We communicated in our booking that we would be arriving a bit later into the evening due to our flight and were pleased that someone was still there to greet us and show us to our room. The room was very comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower, and a variety of teas available at the reception. The wifi was easy to connect to, both in our room and on the terrace. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace that overlooks the community. The property itself is very secure, located in a quiet community. It was very easy to find parking for our rental car, right outside of the property. There a numerous restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist zone, we recommend Saules Sueño.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved upon would be to better secure the in-room safe. The one in our room wasn't very well bolted down; however, as the property itself is very secure, we still felt very comfortable leaving our laptop and cell phone in it while we went for dinner. One suggestion, not negative, is for guests that wear make-up or face products to bring your own face cloth or make-up removal wipes, as there is neither. For us, this was not an issue, as I carry both when travelling.

Lo que me gusto demasiado es la ubicación, y que puedas entrar y salir a cualquier momento. Me gusta mucho que son muy limpios y fueron cuidadosos con nuestras cosas. Solo me quedo la duda con mi habitación. Pero todo bien la verdad

Pros:

I stayed here for one night when arriving to Cancun. It's only a short Uber ride from the airport and the room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was calm and felt safe.

Lieu très propre et confortable. Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel.
Eau chaude dans la douche
Ménage de la chambre fait quotidiennement.
Proche de l'aéroport (16 min en voiture) sans nuisances sonores.Idéal pour une arrivée ou un départ.

Cons:

Lieu un peu loin des plages/du ferry à pied pour se rendre à Isla Mujeres. Nécessité de prendre un taxi/Uber.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit, allerdings war die Kommunikation schwierig, weil wir kein Spanisch sprechen.
Sehr befremdlich fanden wir, dass unsere Koffer weggeräumt wurden und im allgemeinen unser Zimmer aufgeräumt wurde. So dass diverse Dinge in Schubladen geräumt wurden und in (die falschen) waschbeutel
