Pros:

It’s a beautiful place to stay, clean and staff was wonderful. It was close to the mall just across the street and lots of restaurants nearby to walk over to. Very convenient.

Pros:

The facilities are incredible. It is a brand new hotel.

Cons:

The only problem is that they have different behavior than a regular hotel: they don't clean unless you ask and you have to pay. It is like an luxury AirBnB. Seems parking is charged, but it is not clear. There is a beautiful swimming pool but I only found out in the last day because they forgot to tell me. But it is amazing.

High-end quiet (and a bit expensive) stay! If price is not a factor, very enjoyable.
Pros:

New construction! Smells fresh. Tall ceilings, Miele appliances, Electrolux front-loader washer and dryer in the unit.
Common areas use high-end finishes and custom fixtures. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, cutting boards, chefs knife, pairing knives, fresh higher-end built-in fridge with ice-maker. Generously sized bathrooms. Tall ceilings. Super-nice staff 24/7. Location! High-end mall with Lululemon, Sacks 5th Avenue, all posh boutique stores with a nice oasis. Super-safe to walk at night. In the mall (take these mystery stairway across the street up), you get a nice view of the mall - where valets parking Lamborghini Uruses (plural), Rolls Royces, and more humble brands. Same block to the left - dealership of McLaren, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Audi, Mercedes. Tesla dealership a block away. Street parking is enforced 9AM to 12AM at $3/hr with 3hr minimum but there are blocks of free parking around Ponce de Leon Blvd and Fluvia Ave - 12 min walk away - but READ BLOCK SIGNS - situation may change, there are resident parking only micro-blocks. Valet parking is $38, parking tickets are $36 or around that.. Choose wisely :)

With two teenage kids it was a comfortable getaway stay, 2 sofa beds are fine, but kids were used to their own queen mattresses. But we got what we got. The upside is extra daytime seating in Sofa configuration.

$650 a night is a bit steep but it was high season - Presidents day weekend. Apartments in the building sell for $1.3M so if you do the math they're barely making savings account ROI, so it's sort of justified, given the full service and fresh feeling and the premium super-safe location.

9th floor pool with views is also super-nice!

First time ever we've got 4 card-keys.

Cons:

I can't wait for the time when hotels will start installing Toto Washlets as a standard, as bring your own wet wipes is great but so stone age. Really, it's just $340 at Amazon a piece and will make your guests happy. I even think to either order one ahead of stay and gift to the property, or bring my own. We're so used to them at home. Italy, Japan - it's a standard. Wealthiest nation in the world - come on!

Très belle résidence, idéalement située à Coral Gables, mais tarif et parking onéreux
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable.

La résidence est très belle, aussi bien dans les espaces communs que dans l’appartement lui-même. La literie est très confortable. Les dressings sont de taille suffisante, meme si j'aurais apprécié plus de 5 cintres par penderie.

L’appartement est bien équipé (pour 4 personnes) : couverts, assiettes, verres, tasses et le nécessaire de base pour cuisiner sont à disposition. La présence d’une machine à laver, d'un sèche-linge et d'un lave-vaisselle est également très appréciable et particulièrement pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Cons:

L’insonorisation laisse clairement à désirer, notamment en raison du simple vitrage : le bruit des voitures dans la rue est très présent et s’entend fortement dans l’appartement.

La qualité des meubles (cuisine, salle de bain, etc.) est également décevante : portes qui frottent, finitions approximatives, traces de peinture, joints grossiers… Au vu du prix pratiqué, je m’attendais à un niveau de qualité nettement supérieur.

Par ailleurs, la résidence ne propose pas de salle de fitness, alors qu’il s’agit d’un service de base dans des hôtels de niveau bien inférieur.

Enfin, je regrette que l’option valet soit facturée 38 $ par jour en supplément du prix de la nuit, d’autant plus qu’il est possible de se garer dans le parking situé en face pour 25 $ par jour.

Not worth it
Cons:

My family Stayed 7 nights. Myriad of issues noted to the staff daily from the beginning and not addressed until the last day or not addressed at all.
Some issues:
Dishwasher that didn’t have the door but staff claimed we could use it; never showed us how
Owen didn’t work because it was never set up. None of the buttons worked
Front door didn’t lock unless slammed really hard.
TV didn’t work
As a local, the staff was the stereotype of why Miami gets a bad rap. Uninterested in helping, undereducated about problems, generally under-competent about most things in life.
Overall, not worth the price at all.
