The hotel is close to the airport. the shuttle service worked very well, prompt with very little wait time and helpful drivers. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Bed was very comfortable, climate control worked great. I would definitely recommend this hotel if traveling through the Miami airport.

Decent location - but your partner will not be impressed...
Pros:

There was no breakfast, no staff presence really, you just check in digitally. Location was okay.

Pros:

Le personnel est très professionnel surtout la jeune femme qui est a la reception, elle à etait au top pour nous donner tous les renseignements et ses conseils pour savoir ou garer la voiture et ou manger à des prix resonnable, elle etait toujour presente pour repondre à nos questions ou pour resoudre un probleme avec son equipe.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Es waren wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, zur Bushaltestelle und auch die Verbindung zum Festland Miami war direkt gegeben.
Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zu jeder Tages- sowie Nachtzeit erreichbar.
Ein ganz großes Lob an Marilyn, weil sie uns über alle Maße freundlich geholfen hat.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr feucht, d.h. die Wände waren nicht trocken und wurden nur übermalt. Die Wandfarbe schlug Blasen.
Durch die Feuchte im Zimmer waren die Betten, die Kopfkissen und Bettdecke ebenfalls feucht. Sogar unsere Kleidung im Koffer übernahm die Feuchte aus dem Zimmer. Daheim mussten wir alle ungetragenen Kleidungsstücke noch einmal durchtrocken. Das war sehr schade, weil es sonst super war.

Miami is super cool and glad to visit. Maybe January is not the best time, but still great vacation.

Location is the best!

Cons:

Lack of basic kitchen equipment: mugs, glass and cutlery. Lack of mirror in the room (except for bathrooms’). Lack of bed lamps.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel was also very quiet, perfect for resting after a long day.
I truly appreciated the constant availability of fresh towels and cosmetic sets, which is a big plus and not always standard in hotels. The staff was friendly, polite, and always helpful, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.The contactless, keyless entry system is excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room; however, a kettle was available in the lobby, which partially made up for it.
