Nice getaway in Music City
Pros:

We had a small apartment on the ground level. Everything worked well, the bed was comfortable and there was always parking available. The apartment had most of everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, kitchen utensils, coffee, salt & pepper, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Although there was a sponge, it looked used so I bought one at the Dollar Store. The location was very good for getting around by car or ride shares. The air conditioner kept the apartment cold.

Cons:

The air conditioner worked very well at keeping the rooms cold but when it was blowing cold air, it blew hard so we often reached for a blanket when we heard it switch on. The one other thing I did not like was that the shower divider was about a foot too short so it was nearly impossible to not get water on the floor. The shower head was too high for me to reach to change the direction so we just ended up mopping up the floor with the bath mat and a towel or two as needed.

Cute, safe,comfortable stay!
Pros:

Love this cute little apartment style stay. It was perfect for my three night stay. I also felt very safe on that street and with lots of lighting.

Pros:

The location is close to Belmont University and very walkable.

Cons:

Our unit did not have washer/dryer unit. Also the outdoor entry lights were not on and we could not figure out how to turn them on. It is really helpful at night to see the door, the step up, and enter the code correctly.

Nice, apartment, 15 min drive from Downtown not walkable
Pros:

Very comfortable beds. Clean. Lovely apartment

Cons:

Nowhere to store luggage for early arrivals or late flights home.
Difficult to get WiFi code, had to email property.
No washing machine
No staff on hand to help.
Maid service could not speak English and assist us.
Not as close to Downtown as stated.

Great location, secure entry, comfy and cute!
Pros:

Comfortable mattress, good spot to get around the city, secure entry even into the lobby area. I plan on staying here again soon!

Cons:

Our original room when we entered hadn’t been cleaned yet, this is the only reason for not giving 5/5. Their customer service ensured we had a new room within 10 minutes and it was great, they continued to reach out to ensure it was up to our standards.

location was great - but not for comfort
Pros:

the location was great, as we were going to Vanderbilt for liver transplant evaluation. apartment was very clean

Cons:

the comfort of the living room - the chairs were NOT comfortable at all and the couch was very low to the floor.
