Pros:

Sehr neues Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Self-Check-In funktioniert einwandfrei, nur darf man keine Probleme mit der Kredtkarte haben. Vor allem nicht am Abend. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort.

Každý den čistě

Cons:

Pokoj byl velmi malý a nepohodlný. Na postel se kvůli schodům špatně lezlo a při ležení se člověk nemohl pořádně ani zvednout. Postel byla opravdu katastrofa.

Pros:

Готель має чудове розташування — зовсім близько до Національного музею. Номер чистий, прибирання щоденне, персонал ввічливий, сніданки смачні. Онлайн-реєстрація проста, з паркуванням проблем не було (35 євро, підземний паркінг за 250 м від готелю). Після приїзду в номері було прохолодно, але персонал приніс обігрівач, і проблему згодом вирішили. Загалом залишилися задоволені проживанням!

Pros:

Pokoj byl čistý, moderně zařízený a postel velmi pohodlná. K dispozici byl kávovar, konvice i čaje. Velmi oceňuji také vstřícný a ochotný personál, který nám umožnil dřívější check-in.

Inak som bol s ubytovaním spokojný a hotel môžem odporučiť.
Pros:

Pobyt v hoteli hodnotím pozitívne. Izba bola veľká, priestranná a čistá, raňajky boli výborné a neskutočne veľký výber. Menším negatívom bol komplikovanejší check-in, keďže hotel funguje bez klasickej recepcie, avšak dá sa to zvládnuť. Fotky izieb boli reálne a zodpovedali realite.

Cons:

Za väčší nedostatok však považujem telefonickú komunikáciu. Na recepciu sa mi nepodarilo dovolať ani po šiestich pokusoch, čo je pri hoteli bez stálej recepcie dosť nepraktické. Či už som volal na číslo recepcie priamo z hotelového telefónu, alebo mobilné kt. bolo uvedené v rezervácii aj na web stránke hotela.
