Pros:

每次到台中出差，四天唯一的選擇，距離火車站最近、房間清爽整齊乾淨、早餐豐富又精緻，這六、七年來一直都選擇這裡，櫃檯人員也非常親切，每次辦完入住，都可以聽到櫃檯說一聲「歡迎回來」。

Cons:

然而，遺憾的是：這次訂房發現沒有早餐的選項，辦理入住時，櫃檯也告知不再提供早餐，覺得相當可惜，少了那種感覺。而飯店附近最近的早餐店，大約距離六百公尺左右，不是過個馬路就到，極度不方便，非常希望新驛台中火車站店能夠恢復供應早餐。

台中店從以前住到現在數次不管是出差或是去台中玩，一直都是我第一想到的住宿地點。各方面都很好，但令人驚艷的早餐以及停車場之後就沒有了實在可惜。希望漲價然後保留早餐跟停車場
