A comfortable stay in a cozy hotel
Pros:

The location, just few minutes walk to the taroko mall and the taichung station. Numerous western and local eateries around and pretty close to the meeting point of day tours. Cleaner and quieter than the other side of the station. Our room was in reasonable size, accommodated 2 single beds and space for open suitcase. The bathroom was big and clean. We liked the shower. We also liked the open rest area next to the front desk, where fresh made coffee and tea, daily newspapers, and computer were provided. The updates of daily weather and events posted in the lobby were extremely useful to us. Finally, we liked the staff who served us for their warm, friendly and efficient service.
