Colazione molto buona e terrazza panoramica

Cons:

L'hotel non ha una reception, ma usa quella di un altro hotel nelle vicinanze che probabilmente appartiene agli stessi proprietari. Al piano sopra il nostro c'era un piccolo cantiere attivo fino alle 23. Durante la notte c'era gente (verosimilmente non ospiti) che saliva e scendeva le scale e una volta qualcuno ha cercato di entrare in camera.

2e ochtend werd ik wakker en ontdekte ik dat de vloer helemaal nat was. Langs beide ramen had het binnen geregend, terwijl deze gesloten waren. Water kroop ook in de muren, wat ervoor zorgde dat de kamer heel de tijd vochtig aanvoelde. Gezien de regenval, wou ik mijn kleren laten drogen aan de klink van de ramen, maar bijgevolg werden deze alleen maar meer nat.

Ni cinco minutos nos quedamos

Absolutamente nada, ni siquiera nos quedamos y eso que habíamos pagado para 5 noches!!!

Cons:

Tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento. Sitio pequeño, cutre, sucio. Se supone que teníamos una habitación de 25 m² con baño en la habitación (y este con ballera) todo mentira!
Nada de posibilidad de desayuno, te mandan una cafetería famosa
Pedimos que nos pusieran las camas juntas y ni siquiera, cuando fuimos a hacerlo nosotros y abrimos el armario que había entre ella, vimos que estaba lleno de sábanas sucias. Fue la gota que colmó el vaso. Lo único bueno, es que pudimos usar la Wi-Fi para buscar un Hotel y salir corriendo de allí.

Pros:

L'accueil, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, la localisation. Nassib est très réactif et la chambre est très bien située.

Cons:

Tout est très joli et semble neuf, mais déjà en train de s'abimer. Les fenêtres ferment très mal à cause de l'humidité. En cas de fortes pluie, l'eau rentre par une fenêtre dans la chambre. Des traces noires d'humidité à plusieurs endroits. La clim nécessaire est bruyante.

A CATASTROPHIC stay!
The so-called sea-view deluxe room is a damp nightmare faces a wall less than a meter away.

Inside : relentless humidity, walls crawling with mold and fungus, peeling falling paint, and windows that don’t close properly, making the dampness unbearable. You literally sleep in a sticky, soaked environment, sheets included. Absolutely UNSANITARY !

Safety is a joke: the AC pipes run directly through the shower, and using the hairdryer in the bathroom caused a power outage across the entire building. Completely reckless!

The state of the equipment is equally appalling: an unusable wardrobe with no hanging rail, shattered vases, a broken toilet brush… everything is broken or dangerous. This is pure FRAUD !

Staff on-site (reception, maintenance) were correct and polite, but the managers are utterly incompetent: empty promises, repeated lies. They actively refuse any responsibility.

The photos leave no room for doubt.
This place must be avoided at all costs, it’s unworthy of a city and country that are otherwise exceptional!

Pros:

It’s quite a short distance to the main road. The host was welcoming and helped us carry our luggages up the stairs. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Hot water came out quickly. They also provided us with complimentary large mineral water. Charging ports at each bedside. There’s really nice rooftop area with seats so you can hangout and chill. Overall a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room was a bit small so there were not much space to open our luggages. The pillow was a bit hard and high for me.

L’accueil sympa et personnalisée de Mohamed Ali. La chambre (avec salle de bain) était parfaite, petite, mais tout ce qu’il me fallait. Très propre, beaucoup de charme. Avec deux terrasses magnifiques. Vue superbe sur la ville, c’était vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Je ne m’attendais pas à autant.

Cons:

Juste une petite confusion sur où me présenter à mon arrivée car l’établissement est sur deux sites (qui sont à deux pas). Une lenteur d’Internet, le soir, plus une coupure, mais qui, semble-t-il concernait tout le quartier, pas que l’établissement.
