Obiekt psuje dobre imię Hard Rock Hotel
Pros:

Personel na recepcji oraz śniadania.

Cons:

Niestety przykro jest mi to pisac, ale będąc gościem czułem, że przebywam na budowie a nie w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu.

Podczas parkowania zostałem poproszony by skorzystać z poziomu -3, poziomy -1 i -2 są zarezerwowane wyłącznie dla gości restauracji. Poziom -3 okazał się być regularnym placem budowy, nie zabezpieczonym, gdzie istniało realne ryzyko uszkodzenia samochodu.

W całym hotelu a zwłaszcza na górnych piętrach unosił się specyficzny pył z wapna budowlanego i gipsu. W pokoju jak i poza nim pełno było niedoróbek budowlano wykończeniowych. Hol i same pokoje nie były należycie sprzatane.

Pierwszy raz w życiu spotkałem się z tym by podczas pobytu gościa wymieniac w jego pokoju meble bez informowania go czy prośby ze strony gościa.

Pomimo blokady na karcie kredytowej minibar w lodówce był pusty, brakowało również drugiej łyzki do herbaty.

Wisienką na torcie okazała się być nie przeszkolona obsługa która wpychała się przed goścmi, do windy jak również w przejsciach np. podczas śniadania.

Moja żona została wyproszona ze strefy basenowej ponieważ nie była w samym stroju kapielowym na leżaku.

Must come back!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and luxurious, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The service is excellent!
Breakfast is a real highlight, with an amazing selection of fresh, healthy, and delicious food, including sushi and Eggs Royale. The spa is wonderful, and the gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel!
There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but unfortunately, that’s the case pretty much everywhere nearby. It wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. If there’s going to be construction noise anyway, I’d much rather stay in a gorgeous, brand-new luxury hotel than an older, tired one.
I would happily choose this hotel again!

Can’t wait to visit again.
Pros:

The room was lovely, very spacious, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. The facilities are excellent - many pools including a heated outdoor pool, a very nice spa and a huge gym. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want including healthy options and gluten free. We ate at Cyana, the Greek restaurant on the rooftop and highly recommend this. Already planning our stay for next year, but we’ll stay longer next time. There is still construction going on around the hotel but this doesn’t affect my review as I knew about that when I booked, but next year all of the work should be finished.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything, it was all wonderful.

Don’t hesitate it worth every euro.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with great facilities, friendly and professional staff, excellent service, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Cons:

One small detail when we arrived the desk reception told is that the kids were. Or allowed to go to indoor pool. Which seems to be wrong

Приветливый персонал, прекрасный спортзал, отличные бассейны и СПА, стильные номера, отпариватель был кстати, завтраки вкусные, интерьер радовал глаз, локация отличная, вид из номера великолепный!!!!!

Cons:

Стройка в непосредственной близости, но это скорее неизбежность.

Pros:

Very good Gym. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice view from rooftop.

Cons:

Very poor pools - impossible to swim. Rooftop wasnt finished - still under construction.

A lovely stay near St Georges Bay beach.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. The restaurant was nicely decorated. Location of the hotel was great.

Cons:

As the hotel was still not fully complete the rooftop pool was not open. There was an issue with the elevators going to some floors. I would have expected this to be sorted as the hotel was open for several months.
