Beautiful old building, comfortable, easy walk to explore.
Pros:

The place was easy to find, welcoming reception and a large clean apartment.
It is a very old building and had character, it felt like it had been a convent or something similar the way it was laid out.
You cannot park there, only drop off your belongings. There is plenty of parking nearby, we did not struggle to find some. It is in the center so whichever direction you head you will hit in history, cafes etc… great location.

Pros:

Il residence è nel centro di Trapani e a piedi in 2 minuti arrivi sul lungomare o nelle vie dove poter mangiare o semplicemente passeggiare, quindi eccezionale. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e la nostra stanza (famiglia di 4 persone) era grande con un ottimo bagno, tutto molto pulito. Siamo rimasti solo una notte ma se dovessimo tornare a Trapani per visitare i dintorni, penso che la scelta ricadrà di nuovo su questa stessa struttura.

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, czysto i komfortowo, bardzo wygodne łóżka, a do tego perfekcyjna lokalizacja z bogatą ofertą wypocznkowo-rekreacyjną. Łatwa i profesjonalna komunikacja z recepcją. Piękny obiekt!

Grandi potenzialità e mancanza di attenzioni al cliente
Pros:

Posizione ottimale nel centro storico di Trapani, dimensioni della struttura offerta, ottima, 'composta da stanza da letto di buone dimensioni, ingresso soggiorno con angolo cottura, piccolo disimpegno e servizio igienico

Cons:

Gli ambienti sono climatizzati, tranne il servizio igienico privo di ogni tipo di riscalamento (chi si fa la doccia od utilizza i servizi subisce quasi uno shock termico. Nel servizio igienico esiste solo un "appendino" riporre i teli bagno posizionato ad oltre 2 mt di altezza (fruibile solo per chi ha una altezza al di sopra di 170 mt); lo spazio tra il wc ed il bidet è talmente esiguo che si ha difficoltà a fruire del bidet reso ancor più arduo poiché a destra sedendosi è stato posizionata una staffa di supporto di un probabile portasapone direi ad altezza rotula. Nell'angolo cottura non ci sta traccia di pezzette od altro strumento per consentire la pulizia delle superfici e tanto meno carta "cucina" (era presente in tutta solo una parte esigua di fazzoletti di carta posti nella stanza da letto). Non mi dilungo in merito alla macchina del caffè malfunzionante (perdeva acqua e priva di istruzioni (comprendo la semplicità dell'utilizzo, sarebbe meglio le modalità d'uso). Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli affiancati e per tanto si allontanavano creando al centro uno spazio che non consentiva la corretta fruizione del talamo (sarebbe stato opportuno legare i due letti e sovrapporre ai due materassi singoli un topper matrimoniale al fine di garantire un confort adeguato. Struttura con grandi potenzialità che si perde per piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza!

De kamer, het ontbijtbuffet (voor 10€ per persoon)

Cons:

Parkeren mocht niet in de zone en een parkeerwachter moest 30 minuten op voorhand worden verwittigd om je auto op te halen en te brengen, wat soms langer duurde.

Würde es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Es gab einen Fahrstuhl, sodass man die Koffer nicht hochtragen musste. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Es befand sich in einer ruhigen Lage, sodass man nachts ungestört schlafen konnte. Trotzdem war man nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten gab es keine. Man konnte das Auto abgeben, es wurde weggefahren und bei Bedarf wurde es zurückgebracht. Günstig war es leider nicht, aber die beste Option, die wir hatten.

Central location, good breakfast in sister hotel. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Second bedroom very cramped. Apartment was very dark . No breakfast available on site and no parking on site but valet parking was a reasonable alternative
