Front desk Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very old and A/C was noise.
Bath room can saw the broken tiles and black mold on different side. The night shift maintainers worker is untrained.

Nice and safe area and walkable distance to some F&B shops. Need access card to access to rooms. There is family mart closeby as well. Key shopping malls like Grandview mall, Parc Central, Taikoo Hui, Tianhe City Sc is less than 2km away with a short 5-10mins didi ride. The building is big, tall and prominent, but the entrance to the building is on a small alley and some didi drivers will miss it and over shot to the main road.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The apartment is fairly clean in the living room and bedroom but the toilet and kitchen is a little bit run down. Good size to accomodate 4-6 people. The living and dining room is big and comfy and there is a balcony. Very comfortable beds. provide clean and big towels and amenities. The kitchen is good size but does not provide washing detergent for washing. Only provide sponge upon request. Most items in the apartment is fairly clean and new but toilet needs updating. Some areas in the kitchen is also dusty and needs more cleaning. Will consider to stay here again in future.

Good property in the new town area of Guangzhou. Near to metro and some shops. Some staff limited English but all helpful. Nice large 2 bedroom apartment with free snacks and drinks.

超級愛，房間很好，什麼都有，就像家一樣！帶著小寶寶比較麻煩，但酒店一應俱全，提供了很多便利，房間寬敞，性價比高，點外賣還有機器人送到房間，家人們都住得很舒服，大堂還有免費咖啡提供，前台經理還讓我們可以遲一點退房，下次來廣州還會選擇住這裡！
