We booked 3 nights over the Christmas holiday on booking.com. We had a personal injury where we could not ski, and we contacted the hotel and booking.com to see if she could cancel our stay and relist our reservation. Both the hotel and booking.com sent me a notice that it was declined. Given we had already paid a non-refundable and very expensive holiday fee to the hotel and traveled from the USA, we decided to go and enjoy the location. Upon arrival, she told us she rented it out two days ago because she thought we weren't coming.

If I've paid for the room, I'm not obligated to respond on what my plans are and the room is mine for those nights whether we show up or not as per the legal agreement with booking.com. The worse part of it was that we took a 3 hour train ride to not have any place to stay for three nights.

Die Sauna war entgegen der Buchungsinformation nicht kostenlos. Es sollten 25€/h für die Benutzung bezahlt werden. Wenn wir diese Information vor der Buchung gewusst hätten, jätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Der Gesamteindruck war gut, und für eine spontane Last-Minute-Übernachtung war insgesamt alles Top!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine aussergewöhnlich grosse Auswahl – so etwas sieht man selten. Alles war frisch zubereitet und von sehr guter Qualität. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Start in den Tag.

Cons:

Der Check-in war ursprünglich erst zwischen 15.00 und 16.00 Uhr vorgesehen, was für eine Übernachtung an Silvester sehr spät ist. Nach Rücksprache konnte dieser immerhin auf 14.00 vorverlegt werden.

Der Check-out hingegen wurde aufgrund der Reinigung bereits auf 10.00 Uhr festgelegt, was aus unserer Sicht sehr früh ist. Üblicherweise liegt der Check-out in Hotels bei 11.00 bis 12.00 Uhr. Zusätzlich wurden wir mehrmals per E-Mail darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Zimmer zwingend um 10.00 Uhr verlassen müssen. Nach einer Neujahrsnacht ist dies leider nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch sind wir früher ins Bett gegangen, da der frühe Check-out stets im Hinterkopf präsent war.

Enkelt overnatning på vej mod Italien. Super hyggeligt hotel, fantastisk modtagelse i receptionen samt til morgenmad og ved udtjekning.
Ligger fint ved gå-gaden.
Eneste lille anke - morgenmad serveres først fra kl. 8, til gengæld super lækkert

Pros:

Rezeption sollte laut Beschrieb bis 2000 Uhr offen haben. Als wir um 1930 Uhr dort waren war die Eingangstüre zu. Via Sprechanlage wurde uns nicht sehr zuvorkommend die Türe geöffnet. Da niemand da war bekamen wir keine weiteren Informationen. Somit nahmen wir an dass wir Frühstück dabei haben. Frühstück ab 0800 Uhr als wir 0755 Uhr in den Frühstückraum kamen wurde uns gesagt, dass wir etwas früh seien! Beim Auschecken stellten wir dann fest, dass das Frühstück 19 Euro gekostet hat.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. From the rooms, to the breakfast, to the beautiful decor, this hotel has it all. Conveniently located a short walk from the lifts and restaurants and bars, I would highly recommend this for a weekend retreat, a family vacation or a romantic getaway into the mountains

Pros:

Avevamo la suite al quarto piano che era favolosa. Arredo di Tutto la struttura curata nel dettaglio ed in stile tirolese. Le ragazze della colazione molto gentili. L colazione che costa 18 euro a persona è strepitosa . Formaggi ottimo, torte fatte in casa addirittura erano presenti 3 diversi tipi di integratori effervescenti. La simpatia della proprietaria non spicca ma questo non incide sul voto della struttura .
