Kurztripp zum Saisonausklang
Pros:

Sehr freundlich. Trotz später Anreise wurde uns noch das Abendessen ermöglicht. Abwechslungsreises Essen. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Neuer Wellness-Bereich, der sehr gepflegt ist. Großer Skiraum (Fahrradraum) mit effektivem Stiefeltrockner.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Skiraum - vom Fahrstuhl kommend - ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier würden Bewegungssensoren Sinn machen. Der Zustand der Kleiderschränke im Zimmer entsprach nicht dem guten Gesamteindruck vom Hotel.

Schöne Suite mit flexibler Trennungswand zwischen Eltern- und Kinderseite; modern und sauber; sehr schöner Wellnessbereich; großer Parkplatz und Skikeller; top Frühstücksbuffet; das Vorspeisen- und Salatbuffet am Abend war großzügig und lecker;

Cons:

Es wäre gut gewesen bei der Auswahl des Abendmenüs am Frühstück auch zu wissen, was es für Kinder abends gibt; das Menü mit 3 Hauptgerichten zur Auswahl ist nicht jedem Kind seine Sache (für Erwachsene aber top)

A small number of rooms, giving it an intimate, cozy atmosphere.

Cons:

The price is slightly overpriced compared to the standard. It turns out that the apartment—more like a small flat—is actually located some distance from Hotel Bergwelt (which sells these rooms under its own name), and on a winter day after skiing, walking from the pool back to the room was simply unacceptable—it was too far in that weather.

Our room had bedroom windows facing the main street, so it was quite noisy. There was also an unbearable smell in the “apartment,” as if someone had been smoking there. The frying pans were scratched and unusable.

In this town, the only place to eat was the restaurant at Hotel Bergwelt. We went there twice, and we didn’t really enjoy the food.

Beim Abendessen Auswahl beim Hauptgang zwischen drei Gerichten - eins vegetarisch.

Cons:

Rezeptionsmitarbeiter brauchen eine Schulung: Hotel wurde am 06.03.26 über Booking bezahlt und wurde uns nochmal in
Rechnung gestellt; ausserdem hatten wir Lunchpakete bestellt, da wir am
letzten Tag früher fahren wollten. Dank einer aufmerksamen Service-
mitarbeiterin wurde der angerechnete Betrag dafür gestrichen.

Great stay with amazing views!
Pros:

The hotel was spotless clean with spacious room with plenty of storage, huge bed and amazing view from the balcony and windows (including bathroom window!). The staff were professional and also very friendly both at reception, housekeeping, bar staff and restaurant waiters. The food was great and portion sizes were perfect! For dinner, there was always salad buffet as appetiser, then soup of the day, followed by a main (3 choices daily) and dessert. Breakfast buffet was great quality and quantity and never ran out of anything.
Bathrobes and slippers with the pool bag were nice touch and came handy for the swimming pool evening and taking to Aqua Dome! (We went in March and got 10% discount at Aqua Dome as booked via hotel reception)

Cons:

Temperature in the room was bit hard to control, we found it a bit too warm to sleep on couple of nights and maybe could use some new towels as some felt very thin and aging, bathrobes were great though!
