Alpejski klimat, świetne spa i idealna baza na Stubai
Pros:

Hotel Stubaierhof to miejsce, które zaczyna się dobrze jeszcze zanim się do niego dotrze.
Świetny, sprawny i bardzo serdeczny kontakt przed przyjazdem, a po całonocnej, wymagającej podróży – dokładnie to, czego człowiek potrzebuje: ultra miłe powitanie i drink powitalny (w naszym przypadku kawa, która smakowała wtedy jak nigdy wcześniej).
Sam hotel zachwyca od pierwszego wejścia – piękne, rustykalne wnętrza, ale podane z klasą i ogromną dbałością o detale. To nie jest „ciężki Tyrol”, tylko bardzo dobrze wyważony styl.
Pokój duży, przestronny, z dużym balkonem i widokiem na góry (jak tylko chmury pozwolą 😉). Wszystko perfekcyjnie czyste, wygodne, dopracowane – dokładnie tak, jak powinno wyglądać prawdziwe 4*.
Obsługa – bez zarzutu. Naturalna, uważna, bardzo gościnna.
Śniadania serwowane w pięknej jadalni, z bardzo dobrą jakością produktów – świetne pieczywo, dobra kawa, smaczne sery, miód. Jedyny drobiazg: jajecznica poniżej oczekiwań, co było zaskoczeniem, ale przy tak szerokim wyborze (choćby jajka na miękko) kompletnie nie wpływa to na odbiór całości.
Narciarnia – wzorcowa. Buty zawsze ciepłe, a możliwość zamykania nart w indywidualnych boksach to świetne i rzadko spotykane rozwiązanie.
Strefa spa – absolutny top. Zewnętrzny basen z widokiem to czysty relaks, wewnętrzny z funkcjami masażu bardzo dobrze zaprojektowany, a strefa saun… najbogatsza i najbardziej różnorodna, jaką widzieliśmy – od suchych, przez mokre, po aromatyczne i solne.
Do tego świetna lokalizacja – ski-busy praktycznie pod hotelem, co czyni to miejsce idealną bazą wypadową na Stubai Glacier.
Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić.

Gutes Hotel mit bestem SPA
Pros:

Die besten Küche und der SPA- Bereich! Das ist ein sehr gutes Vier-Sterne Hotel mit super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Es ist sehr sauber mit komfortableren Betten. Das Essen ist auf dem höhen Niveau wie von Sterne-Koch vorbereitet. Besonders Lobenswert ist der SPA-Bereich mit zwei Schwimmbäder - ein Hallenbad und ein draußen. Es gibt verschiedene Saunas - 60, 90 Grad und eine feuchte Sauna.

Cons:

Einzige Nachteil für uns ist die Entfernung vom Stubaier Gletscher, ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Skibus zu erreichen.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich und gutes Essen. Zentrale Lage in Neustift - praktisch für einen Skiurlaub am Stubaier Gletscher. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Nachmittagsjause und Abendessen alle Getränke nur gegen Bezahlung von der Bar, auch Leitungswasser.

Amazing stay in the mountains
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations by far. First of all, the location was perfect We travelled to Stubai Tal, this time mainly for hiking, doing small walks. We could find many nice hiking spots near the hotel. Also if you come here for skiing, it is very easy to get to Stubai Gletscher.

The facilities were very nice, we really enjoyed the outdoor pool. Sauna was also nice when there are not so many people. The pool and the resting area, was fairly large so we could always find spot. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The food was exceptional, also we really enjoyed the afternoon cake and coffee hour. They had many options to select from. The stuff were very friendly. Overall we loved our stay, we will definitely come back.

Cons:

The spa area is little small, especially at the end of the ski day, when many people want to use the sauna, it gets a little crowded. But otherwise, the spa area was very nice.

Super Wellnesstage
Pros:

Es war alles im gesamten sehr schön. Wir hatten ein riesiges gemütliches Zimmer und der Pool draußen und die Aussicht war super. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Toller Kurzurlaub in sehr schönem Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und wurden wieder sehr freundlich empfangen. Besonders gut hat uns der Wellnessbereich mit dem Indoor-Pool und dem beheizten Außenpool gefallen. Auch das Essen war super. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ging auf die Hauptstraße raus (Serlesblick). Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es kein Problem, aber um mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, war es etwas zu laut.

A perfect stay that exceeded all our expectation
Pros:

We had a truly exceptional stay at Hotel Stubaierhof in Neustift. From the moment we arrived, everything was arranged perfectly. The hotel even organized a shuttle from the airport (for a small fee), which made our arrival very smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out was the incredible level of hospitality. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help with any question or request. After I had a fall and my knee became swollen, they helped by arranging ice and even provided a remedy for the swelling. When we left, they kindly gave us a full bottle of it to take with us, such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much they care about their guests.

Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of choices, and the coffees were excellent. Every evening we enjoyed a truly extensive and beautifully prepared dinner.

We also loved the wellness area. The facilities were excellent, and the heated outdoor pool in particular was absolutely wonderful, relaxing there while surrounded by the mountains was unforgettable.

Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our visit. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Stubaierhof and would love to return in the future.

Absolut schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, top Qualität, kleine Abstriche in der Beratung

Tolles caring vor dem check in! Viel Kommunikation die täglich hin und her gehen kann bei Bedarf.

Schöne Idee eine Wunschliste zu versenden.
Leider funktionieren derzeit KEINE Links über Booking.com! Das macht den Zugriff auf die extra pre-booking Features leider komplizierter bzw. unmöglich und man muss das dann mit dem freundlichen Personal direkt machen.
Das Problem mit den links wird derzeit wohl angegangen.

Aber es gilt: Wirklich sehr schönes Hotel in gutem Zustand!

Unglaublich schöner Garten mit sehr gemütlichem und auch warmem Außenpool!

Zimmer groß und ruhig, tolle Sicht auf die Berge, alle Einrichtungsgegenstände funktionieren einwandfrei.

Reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Lage ist super. Klar ins Skigebiet geht's halt in Stubai fast nur mit dem Bus zumindest auf den Gletscher. Ins Dorf Zentrum 5 min.

Betten generell eher straff und somit für Seitenschläfer kaum geeignet. Jedoch kamm man sich im Vorfeld einen Topper auflegen lassen.

Zimmer lassen sich ausreichend verdunkeln. Leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Hotels!

Wir wollen gerne wieder kommen.

Cons:

Leider sollten ein paar Punkte unbedingt bearbeitet werden:

Es wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass man unter so tollen Varianten von Kissen inkl Zirbenduft uvm. wählen kann. Darauf sollte beim Check in hingewiesen werden und nicht nur die Mappe kurz erklären, immerhin ist das ein sehr spezieller Punkt den viele Hotels gar nicht anbieten. Denn diese Auswahl ist in der Wunschliste gar nicht enthalten. Kann man doch aufnehmen ;-)

Dann wäre es hilfreich, wenn man in puncto Ausflugplanung doch etwas mehr Wert auf die Beratungskompetenz der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter achten könnte! Sodass nicht nur die Chefs hervorragende Empfehlungen geben können (was sie wirklich können!), sondern auch wenn die eben mal nicht da sind (!)
Für ein Hotel in einer Gegend in der man so viel erleben und unternehmen kann, ist das wesentlich.

Tipp:
Es gibt einen größeren Touchscreen bei der Rezeption, wo man direkt auf den link zu den vom Hotel bereits im Vorfeld recherchierten und mit allen notwendigen Daten versehenen Ausflugstipps gehen kann! Hier ist wirklich sehr viel zu lesen und zu sehen, unglaublich viele Tipps. Top Sache.

Jetzt wäre nur gut dass die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption das auch wissen! Gesorgt haben wir dafür, und auch nahegelegt, dass man das doch den Gästen sagen kann.
In unserem Fall war das alles etwas karg ("Skisaison ist halt bald vorbei und die anderen Sachen kann man eher nur im Frühjahr machen). Als der Chef kam hat sich dann der Horizont geöffnet und wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten was man tun kann wenn man mal nicht mit Skiern da ist, und davon gibt es jede Menge!)

Pros:

Das Hotel war für unsere Bedürfnisse voll ausgestattet. Es waren Familien mit Kindern, Singles, Paaren da. Man hat eine entspannte Atmosphäre erlebt. Das gesamte Personal hat sich professionell eingebracht.
