Amazing
Pros:

Everything the staff were lovely the food was lovely the room was great and always kept tidy. Honestly you could not ask for more, brilliant facilities as well a great place to relax after a ski session. It was a really good experience and I can't wait to go back

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad mit tollem Aussenpool. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tisch, der sehr ruhig gelegen war.

Cons:

Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße. Leider gibt es kaum Geschäfte in dem Ort. Die Zimmer sollten renoviert werden. Zu viel Stoffe , Teppiche und Holz machen es für Allergiker schwer. Gäste sind durch den Notausgang über unsere Terrasse gelaufen, um die Abkürzung zu ihrem Parkplatz zu nehmen. Für ein kinderfreundliches Hotel sollte das Abendessen schon ab 18 Uhr angeboten werden.

Tesis her şeyiyle mükemmeldi. Odalar temiz, yeterli büyüklükte ve muhteşem dağ manzaralı, otelin konumu ideal. Yemekler leziz, malzemeler taze, full menü bir fine dining tecrübesi veriyor. Ortak alanlar konforlu ve olanaklar çok iyiydi. En öne çıktığı nokta ise hizmet kalitesi ve müşteri memnuniyetiydi diyebilirim. Bizim memnuniyetimiz için her şey düşünülmüştü, her an bir isteğimiz var mı diye gözetiliyordu. Kahvaltıda günlük haber bülteni bırakılması, ski dönüşü kapımıza esneme egzersizi notu bırakılması gibi ince düşünülmüş detaylarla beklentimizin çok çok üstündeydi. Her çalışana ayrı ayrı teşekkür etmek isterim işlerini layığıyla yaptıkları için. çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isteriz.

Pros:

Alles 😊
Einzelzimmer gemütlich und mehr als ausreichend, Essen war hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wellness Bereich mit Außenpool genau richtig zum abschalten und entspannen ☺️

Cons:

Außenpool erst ab Nachmittags geöffnet, da wäre ich am Abreisetag (bis11 Uhr) gerne nochmal reingehüpft 😊

Relaxing skiing trip
Pros:

Great location near the center of Neustift, with a skibus stop nearby. The dinner with half-board was an amazing experience every night, with locally sourced ingredients. The wellness area is quite large, there's an indoor and outdoor pool which is just great.

Cons:

It was quite hot in our room, but that was easily fixed by airing the room. I'd have also preferred the pools to be open for a bit longer at night.
