Pros:

The buffet was excellent! We had a wonderful view of Lake Akan from our room. The staff was very friendly. An Ainu village was about12 minutes walk away.
One issue we had was the bathroom. It was very small! I am petite and even it was tight for me. Otherwise, everything was great! We like the hotel very much!

Pros:

I spent one night. Everything is wonderful. Very cosy decor. New, clean and tidy. We can choose to go to another bigger Onsen nearby with shuttle bus. Yet still the Onsen here is already good enough for us. Recommend this medium size hotel then the larger ones which are crowed.

Pros:

The buffet breakfast and dinners included with the room rate were excellent. Location was near the boat dock and the Ainu light show. Beautiful views of lake.

Western style værelse var fabtastisk
Pros:

Dejlig beliggenhed i det dejligt område med gode aktiviteter til et par dage. Stor forskel på værelser. Nyistandsat western style værelse var suverænt og moderne. Twin bedring Japanese style var klassisk i indretning men lugtede sødligt eller som gammelt ryger rum

ロビーは綺麗でとてもくつろげる感じだった。お風呂も大きくはないが、混雑してなくて良かった。ミラブルのシャワーヘッド、リファのドライヤーはとても良かった。
お部屋は清潔ではあったが、古い部屋を改装したのだと思うが、過去にタバコok(今は全館禁煙となっていた)だったのか、タバコ臭が気になった。空気清浄機をずっとつけていたら気にならなくなった。トイレの匂いも気になった。換気が悪い？
食事はできればビュッフェじゃないほうが良かったが、宿泊費から考えれば仕方ないかな。
一つ一つのお料理は、クォリティが高く、どれも美味しかった。種類も豊富で楽しめた。

5/5. New rennovations, the inside is beautiful and aesthetic. Staff were phenonmenal. Breakfast, dinner and drinks were great. Right on the water, breautiful clean rooms. Recommend staying here over other locations on Lake Akan

Pros:

It's a very quiet part of the town but as breakfast is included. It made the stay more manageable.
It is very near the cruise ships and the rooms were very comfortable. There's also a good selection of laundry and onsen facilities. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

Pros:

This is a nice place to stay. The bedrooms were well maintained and the beds comfortable. The staff was very attentive. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was of good quality. The onset was good, however worn around the edges a bit. The town is a bit run down (like many of the small towns in Hokkaido), but the area is fabulous if you like walks, hikes, and nature. We rented a car and used the hotel like a base for going on walks and hikes, and for this it is perfect.

We would stay here again.

下午到晚上可坐接駁車至姐妹館泡湯，頂樓泡湯風景很棒，可看到雄阿寒岳，岩盤浴無料，天氣好走路過去也不遠900公尺，回程再搭接駁車也可以。蛋奶素早餐也可以，是自助式早餐，餐點不錯。房間選擇面湖房型，視野很棒，算大間。大廳提供聽音樂的地方、賞湖景的地方，還有咖啡及檸檬水，書籍、雜誌閱讀。二樓有源泉掛流的溫泉浴場，不是很大型，無景觀但很乾凈，還有攝影展。

Pros:

New hotel, contemporary with lots of wood and art/photographs and natural light. We stayed here only one night on the 5th floor.
Quite a large room and comfortable.

There is a buffet dinner and breakfast. I found some of the fish dishes overcooked at dinner. I enjoyed the nuts, vegetables and mochi.

Whilst there is absolutely nothing to be disappointed or dissatisfied about, for me the hotel felt a little clinical/corporate. That said the fruit crushed ginger and smoothies available at breakfast more than made up for this.
