I got to leave!
My room was sold off to someone else so they drove me to another Hotel when i arrived, in someones car! Paco Hotel, it was a horrible place, they told me sorry no rooms for the week. What was i to do after travelling for 20hours! I checked out next day and went back to the hotel instead of attending my conference and demanded a room, i said Booking.com is showing my room is available even if it was at twice the price! They gave me a room, no windows! Staff said not their fault we just work here you can leave if you want. I will never stay here again and want a refund.

Location was good. Conveniently located. Not too far from the skyscrapers. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to help us. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and had a smile on their face the entire time. Would come back.
Location was far from any acceptable restaurant, Water Leak was at my colleagues' room, which was not resolved, we left the hotel and refund was not accepted of room water leaks,
the coffee machine was too slow, a station of fried fresh eggs, and hot bread ,

A True Nightmare – Not Even Worth 2 Stars, Let Alone 5!
I booked this 5-star hotel in Guangzhou through Booking.com for the Canton Fair period. Prices were extremely high, but I accepted it due to the exhibition dates. Right after payment, my booking was confirmed with a note that the room was an 'interior room'. Since I cannot sleep without an exterior window, I immediately requested a cancellation and contacted the hotel. They assured me they would resolve the issue.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the 'hotel' only occupies 4 floors of a building. The lobby is extremely tiny, and there is only one shared restroom for both men and women in the entire lobby. There is no garden whatsoever.
After arguing about the room, they claimed they gave me an exterior room, but the window was tiny, the hotel had a disgusting smell, and the room felt like a tomb. To make matters worse, the bathroom was completely open inside the room with only a glass partition for the toilet and shower, while the sink was right out in the bedroom area!
Despite my extreme exhaustion after a nearly 20-hour journey and having paid the full stay in advance, I was ready to leave and find another hotel (which is extremely difficult during the Fair) if they didn't change the room. I spoke with the manager, who promised to give me a room with a larger window for the first night and an 'excellent' room the next day.
The second room was also bad, though not as terrible as the first. On the second day, after returning from the exhibition, they gave me another room on the same smelly floor; it had a large window, but the view was atrocious—right above the hotel entrance, looking out at a horrifying scene.
When we went down for breakfast, we were told their only restaurant was tiny and we might have to wait for a table. Imagine a 5-star hotel restaurant of this size! The breakfast was very ordinary, with only one type of sliced toast available as bread.
La habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación bien, a buena distancia en taxi de muchos lugares interesantes. Las instalaciones bien, gimnasio, bien desayuno… La gente de recepción muy amable y colaborativa, mención especial a Cenby que siempre está pendiente de ayudar y de si necesitas algo, me recomendó un restaurante de comida local en el que disfruté de una auténtica cena cantonesa.
Café não tem calefação, fica com a roupa com cheiro de fritura, e a limpeza do quartão não é feita durante a estadia, apenas arrumação da cama, não tiram nem copo sujo do quarto.
