Awesome Hotel!!!
Pros:

Everyone at the hotel was so nice to us. Thank you for making our anniversary stay so special. Our room was upgraded for my Bonvoy status to a Jr. Suite which was very spacious with great amenities. We did not upgrade to the lounge area, but I did see a menu and the offerings looked really nice. We paid for the Ritz to pick us up from the airport with a nice driver and then did an uber back. They recommended a restaurant across the street with a white awning for Veal Schnitzel and it was good but they were not really friendly there and I think we over paid a little because we did not understand what we ordered. The younger guy who ran the bar in the Pasta Restaurant was super nice.

Great Hotel great food great club floor great restaurant and excellent staff.
Pros:

Hotel is well located and very grand both inside and outside. The Club floor room and the club were amongst the best I’ve ever had.
The staff were very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we were looked after.
The Club food and wine were actually quite exceptional considering they were included in the rate.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like about the property. It was typical of the high standards of the Ritz Carlton.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, smaczne i różnorodne śniadanie, obsługa restauracji, przepiękne wnętrza :)

Cons:

Pokoje są niestety dość przestarzałe- widać upływ czasu i z pewnością przydałoby im się odświeżenie.Pozostaje również pewien niedosyt związany z obsługą. Mój narzeczony zgłosił się z prośbą, która nie tylko nie została rozpatrzona pozytywnie (nie wchodząc w szczegóły), ale dodatkowo był on odsyłany między różnymi pracownikami. Ostatecznie nie zaproponowano mu żadnego alternatywnego rozwiązania. Nie chodzi tu o samą odmowę, lecz o brak poczucia zaopiekowania się gościem i niewystarczające zaangażowanie w znalezienie jakiegokolwiek satysfakcjonującego wyjścia z sytuacji. Niestety, cała ta sytuacja nieco zepsuła mu humor i wpłynęła na ogólne wrażenia z pobytu.
