Great as always.
Pros:

Went there second time for Easter holidays. Real pleasure. They had a workshop for kids with human size bunny.
service was great as always. Special thanks to Ryma, Anastasia, Karina from relations, Francesko, Oliver. Everyone from lobby staff to managers were professional. Breakfast great quality. Rooms spacious. Both bath and shower in the room.

Cons:

Like in other hotels here is the same (for unknown reason) tiny issue with room service timing (quality is great). We had a situation where it was delivered after 1,5 hours. They did not charge us for that. And once again my apologies to Irina (if i remember correctly) for being impatient directly to you.

Pros:

Wir haben unseren 45.ten Hochzeitstag gefeiert. Von der Ankunft bis zur wegfahrt war das Personal bis auf zwei Ausnahmen sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben alle sehr freundlich gelacht und einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Normen und Davide. Das Essen im Steakhaus war sehr gut. Das Essen jedoch im Pastamare war aussergewöhnlich. Wir durften ein acht Gang Menü geniessen was uns vollkommen begeisterte. Der Spa Bereich inkl. Massage ist jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Zentrum zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Beim Nachtessen im Steakhaus lief für uns die falsche Musik. Wien hat sehr schöne Musik und da sollte man nicht unbedingt BUM BUM Musik laufen lassen. War Störend. Als der Kellner uns beim Frühstück beraten hat, ist die zuständige Chefin vom Service gekommen und hat uns unterbrochen und den Kellner weggeschickt was eines Ritz Carlton unwürdig ist. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir bevorzugen jedoch ein Büffet zum selber bedienen. Die Wartezeiten waren zeitweise sehr lang. In der Bar bediente uns eine Dame die zuvor mit jemandem Deutsch gesprochen hat und mit uns nur Italienisch und Englisch obwohl wir erklärten, dass wir nur Deutsch sprechen. Die Speisekarten sind vordem Haus und im Restaurant nicht identisch.

Best hotel with best care and kept the promise

Amazing hotel with luxury service ! Very kind caring workers and very attentive. In December I called to three best hotels in Vienna and wanted to choose a good stay for my family. Karena at ritz on phone promised I will have best stay with family. I couldn’t believe and we tried. David was extremely very nice and attentive. Gave early check in without extra charge . Kareina was super welcoming and caring during our stay. We had great view. Extremely nice breakfast and shakshuka is best I ever tried! Great service. Dont remember all names

Perfekt für einen entspannten Wientrip
Pros:

Das außerordentlich gut geschulte und extrem aufmerksame Personal. Das war wirklich besonders!
Die absolute Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten war außerdem sehr hilfreich. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar.
