Great location - walkable to the centre
Expected it to be luxurious inside. The lobby and restaurant were lovely - but on the upper floors it looked bland and more like a Holiday Inn than a Ritz
We ask for city view and paid for that but got a balcony with stone railing that block the view

We were traveling with a toddler who fell sick and what a life saver it was to stay at Ritz ! They were so helpful and the customer relations executive Kareena went out of her way to get toys, stroller for us. Along with Doctor on call and everything else we needed.

Reservations: A huge thank you to Melissa and her colleagues. Their prompt and super professional approach in handling our group booking and last-minute adjustments was impressive.
Front Desk: We were warmly welcomed by David, Katerina, and the entire team. Their service was seamless and incredibly attentive.

Atmosphere: We must mention the wonderful Norman, who has a unique gift of making guests feel as if they are being hosted in his own private home rather than a hotel.

Excellent Hotel. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Comfortable beds, immaculate bathroom and delicious breakfast. Nespresso machine in room plus good selection of Twining Teas. Great location within an easy 20 - 25 minute walk of main sights. Hapsburg Palace, Spanish Horses, Cathedral, Main Museums/Art Galleries.
Reception staff friendly and "relaxed" on arrival. Door-man friendly and helpful. Concierge friendly, helpful and very happy to help. We were there for 4 nights and staff used our names frequently. Thoroughly recommend.
