The Staff plays a key role in making the experience of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel exceptional!. I was also impressed with the General Manager presence and interaction with customers in order to ensure that they were satisfied with their stay. Overall a great experience.
Well located hotel convenient for all our sightseeing tours as not far from the attractions. The staff and service were excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet including the amazing Cappuccino which is usually not good at most hotels. The only downside is that there is no seating in the lobby which is poor for such a hotel. Other than that , our experience was amazing.
The hotel reflects Expedia’s pictures. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I had the opportunity of meeting the General Manager as she has the good habit of interacting with customers to make them feel like at home, she is a very dynamic lady and a great problem solver, would definitely go back to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel.
We enjoyed a fantastic stay at The Four Seasons. Rooms were perfect, with very comfortable beds. Staff were extremely helpful and polite with fantastic English. Locations was great to explore the city. Highly recommended.

The hotel general manager did a Great Job!
Great rooms, location near embassies and international restaurant options. However what stood out the most was the hospitality extended by the team, especially the guest relations manager rebecca and the concierge team leo and his colleague.
Room service food was average but breakfast spectacular
The best part of our experience was the excellent service. We always felt taken care of and the staff was kind and helpful at all times taking extra measures to ensure we were comfortable. In comparison to other hotels on our trip the service here was most thorough and caring. My birthday was also celebrated during my stay and staff prepared balloons flowers window art and cakes. Truly special. Thank you!
Warm staff, comfortable beds, the little princess room is so fun for kids. We had a great time there and will come back next time.

Very nice room cleaning and organizing services, separated dry and wet bathroom.
Good aircon at the height of the summer, good location within a short walk from outer circle line (line 10). Extra drinking water was much appreciated. Comfortable overall.
