A relaxed, welcoming oasis with outstanding staff and comfort in the heart of Granada.
Pros:

We absolutely loved this place. All the staff were brilliant, but Jessica in particular stood out – funny, engaging, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed, big or small. The hotel feels like a little oasis in the middle of a hot city. The pool was always clean with plenty of spots to relax, and the shared breakfast tables made it easy to meet other travellers. The shower was one of the best we’ve had in Central America, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

Very little to fault. If anything, just be aware it can feel warm in Granada generally, but the hotel does a great job creating cool, comfortable spaces.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, ein altes Kolonialhaus. Da es nicht so gross ist, wirkt es sehr persönlich. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend. Die Lage sehr zentral.

Good for an overnight stay...
Pros:

Good location with a very friendly welcome and able to store bags as arrived early. The grounds are so pretty with a nice pool. Our room was basic but had all we needed and we slept well. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were great.

Super tolles Hotel in Granada!
Pros:

* Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
* Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer & Bäder - man fühlt sich sofort wohl
* Schöner Pool
* Wunderschöner gepflegter Innenhof mit tollen Pflanzen und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten
* Leckeres Frühstück (Wahl aus ein paar Optionen)
* Ausgezeichnete Lage - fußläufig zu allem

Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!!

Cons:

* Ich mag immer eine Mischung beim Frühstück lieber (nicht entweder viel Ei oder viele Früchte, sondern ein bisschen Ei, ein paar Früchte etc.)
* Man hörte Nachts relativ laut eine Disko - aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts
* Kein öffentlich zugänglicher Trinkwasserspender
