Pros:

Hotel staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay, including coordinating a visit to a nearby clinic as well as a boat tour to Las Isletas on really short notice. The place was magical, breakfast delicious, and location could not have been better!

Pros:

Расположение - прямо рядом с главной площадью, в старинном особняке, внутри очень колоритная обстановка, как в старинные времена!
Несмотря на отсутствие окон в номере, обстановка супер!
Завтрак проводят во внутреннем дворе, часть под открытым небом. Двор очень красивый! Персонал вежливый, хоть и меллительный

Un havre agréable au coeur de la ville.
Pros:

Emplacement stratégique au coeur de Granada, confort et accueil du personnel. Installations haut de gamme pour le Nicaragua.

Cons:

Options limitées (mais de qualité) pour le petit déjeuner. En fin de soirée, la musique d'une disco sur l'autre rue porte jusqu'aux chambres et peut être agressante pour certains.

Overall, our group had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Excellent location; we had a vehicle and could park right in front. Very clean and peaceful. Staff was super friendly and very helpful…I forgot my glasses on the breakfast table, and a staff member flagged us down the street! We had lovely breakfast…omelettes cooked to your preference.

Cons:

We had a dozen or so mosquitoes in our room that I fought with at night, but still managed to have 5-10 bites in the morning. :(

Pros:

A very nice hotel right in the center of Granada. Large and comfortable rooms. The central feature of the hotel is the swimming pool, which was a little cooler, but all the more refreshing for it. This hotel is a pleasant oasis in the hot city.

Cons:

The room was very noisy. There is a club or disco next to the hotel that stays open until the early hours of the morning. After the first night, they changed our room and then it was OK.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé et calme.
Le personnel est accueillant et disponible !

Cons:

Pour le prix de la nuitée nous aurions apprécié des fournitures de meilleures qualités (serviettes de douche toute abîmée, papier toilette de mauvaise qualité...)
