Pros:

Great location, short walk to Central train station and metro trams. Terrific staff, very accommodating. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Lots of stairs to room, but that’s not uncommon in Amsterdam!

Super vriendelijk, super locatie.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en een mooie prijs voor een toplocatie.

Cons:

Wij sliepen in een beneden ruimte, mooi en netjes. Maar wel gehorig omdat zich daar ook een algemeen toilet bevind naast de kamer.
Maar eerlijk is eerlijk, we betaalden hier met ons gezin van 4 minder dan in een Hostel.
Dus dan mag je eigenlijk niet klagen.

Super hôtel !
Pros:

Super séjour à Amsterdam ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre, tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour visiter la ville.

Nous étions dans une chambre pour 4 personnes, très spacieuse et confortable, parfaite pour un séjour entre amis. La salle de bain était particulièrement belle, moderne et très propre.

Le personnel était accueillant et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel était agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Insgesamt ein sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung top.
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal und tolle Lage. Es war Rund um die Uhr jemand an der Rezeption. Wenn wir Nachmittags nach Hause kamen waren die Betten/Bad etc immer ordentlich gemacht.

Cons:

Nur kleine Mängel. Der Föhn ist etwas schwach. Es gibt eine steile Treppe (mit Koffer ein wenig kompliziert aber machbar), im Bad gibt es keine Lüftung bzw kann man das Fenster nicht richtig öffnen (zumindest beim Familienzimmer). Wenn alle nacheinander duschen gehen ist das Zimmer danach eine Sauna. Dadrüber kann man aber hinwegsehen da wir insgesamt einen tollen aufenthalt hatten und ja schließlich den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

Best stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Perhaps too small for our family of four.

Cons:

The staff were all excellent what ever time of the day.
We stayed for 2 days and on the second day we were given fresh towels, clean room and new bedding sheets.
The location is the best. Near to the train station and easy access everywhere.

Everything was perfect. The location was excellent — we could walk everywhere easily. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean. The room was also nice and warm in this cold wheather. What more could you ask for?

But especially the reception staff were amazing. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. After we checked out, our flight was canceled and we had to wait for a while. During that time, Tamy helped us so much. We really can’t thank him enough 😊 . Nihal
