Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean and furnished well with a range of facilities including the bonus of having a safe to store valuables. The bathroom and shower were also very good. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners made sure the room was clean every day.

Cons:

The curtains perhaps let in too much light at night but this is a minor negative.

Personale estremamente cordiale e professionale. Lo staff della reception si è mostrato molto disponibile nel soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e l’addetto al bar è stato sempre particolarmente cortese.

Cons:

Trop loin de la ville. Très bruyant fonction de l’emplacement de la chambre. La femme de ménage toquait le matin même si nous mettions l’étiquette « No disturb »

La stanza era pulitissima. La ragazza che mi ha accolto è stata estremamente gentile. Stanza molto grande con bagno privato. A 5 minuti dal centro !

Pros:

Staff was friendly and attentive
room was cleaned every day
and our towels were changed every day
and we had space and privacy in 1 room.

Cons:

was little bit far from the Airport,
we couldn’t eat in our room
No Electric kettle in the room
No mosquito net door when you open the door for fresh air.
But the AC was working very good

Pros:

Personel güler yüzlü ancak şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde falan değil. Yorumlarda böyle yazıyor ancak alakası yok. Taksi çağırmak zorunda kaldım. Odalar küçük ve dar çift yatak olarak işaretlememe rağmen duble yatak vardı. Otel temiz ve izole. Pansiyon tarzı otel konforu beklemeyin. Kahvaltı vs yok. Ama çok yardımcı oluyorlar . Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Temiz bir konaklama yeri.

Δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά... Τουλάχιστον δεν θα έπαιρνα πρωϊνό και σίγουρα θα ζήταγα άλλο δωμάτιο!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν οκ, καθώς ήταν κοντά στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αιγαίου στο οποίο είχα μεταβεί για εκπαιδευτικό συνέδριο. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευεγενέστατο και πολύ φιλικό πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει.

Cons:

Κατά αρχήν το δωμάτιο, δεν ήταν προορισμένο για δωμάτιο μάλλον ήταν αποθήκη το οποίο επιβεβαιώνεται από το γεγονός ότι δεν είχε νούμερο.. Βασικά είχε ένα μικρό παράθυρο και το κρεβάτι ήταν σχεδόν σφηνωμένο ανάμεσα σε δυο τοίχους και δεν μπορούσες να ανέβεις παρά μόνο από την πίσω πλευρά... Το wifi ποτέ δεν λειτούργησε! Το πρωϊνό ήταν απελπιστικά απλό και παρατήρησα ότι την δεύτερη ημέρα ήταν ακριβώς το ίδιο όπως το είχα παρατηρήσει την πρώτη ημέρα. Οι ποσότητες ήταν ελάχιστες, αλλά δεν γνωρίζω αν ήμουν και ο μοναδικός ένοικος..

Pros:

Очень уютный отель. Отдыхали вдвоем с супругом и нам было очень комфортно. В пешей доступности от Старого города Родоса, от пляжа. Прекрасные завтраки. Персонал очень доброжелательный и вежливый.

Great Hotel
Pros:

This is my second stay at Hotel Galaxias.
It has everything I need for an enjoyable stay in Rhodes. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well each night. The room was roadside but the soundproofing is excellent. I was not disturbed. The bathroom and shower are good. AC in the bedroom was good. Breakfast had a range of food and was of a good standard. It set me up for the day. There is an internal breakfast room but also an outside garden which is a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy the start of the day. The location is ideal. 20 minutes walk into the Old Town. 20 minutes walk to the beach. 25 minutes walk to the Ancient Theatre and Monte Smith which is a lovely place to visit and learn some local history. Also if you carry on walk up to the top of the hill you will get to see one of the most fantastic places to see a sunset.
With this all said. The thing that stands out for me in Galaxias is the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, efficient, informative and always willing to help.
