Schönes Hotel ausgezeichnet geeignet für Skiurlaub kombiniert mit Wohlfühlerlebnisse und anschliessendem köstlichen Nach
Pros:

das im Zentrum und doch an der Skipiste und in nächster Nähe zu den Luftselbahnen gelegene Hotel ist bestens geeignet für einen Skiurlaub und wartet mit einer feinen Küche, freundliches Personal und grossen zweckmässigen Zimmern (Junior-Suite) auf, welche jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt werden. Im Preis inbegriffen ist auch eine sehr schöne Wellnessanlage mit grosszügig ausgestatteten Ruheräume mit Sicht in die Berge.

Super Lage zur Piste; leckeres Essen

Cons:

Zimmer hatten keine richtige Dusche, nur in Verbindung mit Badewanne.

The perfect ski hotel ticked all the boxes
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel 3 minutes walk to lifts. Charming and attentive staff . Perfect food with extra choices each night eg steak .
Stunning spa overlooking slopes and open from 11 am
Big apres ski bar with good music

Cons:

Rather too warm in rooms. Some noise from road outside

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, ganz nettes Personal, auch die Inhaber vom Hotel bemühen sich sehr, das Frühstück ist vielseitig, alles sehr sauber....hätte dieses Hotel noch ein Hallenbad wäre es unschlagbar......

Lovely location, below average for value for money
Pros:

Location and waiting staff fantastic

Cons:

The location is great but the value for money poor. My wife ordered a cocktail and they charged us for each shot, costing €26 and we only found this out the morning after. They refused to budge on the price. Food okay but not great for the price

really lovely hotel in a super ski resort - ideal location
Pros:

location was fantastic - so close to the lifts and in the best part of the town. The room was lovely (as was the spa) and we really liked the staff who were super friendly (especially Gheorge who made our stay extra special).

Cons:

just an observation - it was a shame the bar in the lounge wasn’t really open / used as it would have improved the ambience in the evening after dinner. the was a waiter taking drinks orders but the bar never really looked open.

the only other comment would be to have tea/coffee making facility in the room - the that would be great.

Staff were extremely helpful. Location is superb for ski in ski out.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms which was a disappointment.
