Tutto perfetto. Unica punto se devo proprio trovarne uno il parcheggio sotto la camera un po fastidioso. Per il resto tutto eccellente, compreso l’ottimo servizio graize ad uno staff sorridente, solare, accogliente e molto professionale e preparato. Bravi!

hotel fantástico, equipe incrível e simpática (especialmente Samuel que nos recebeu), degustações e atividades muito boas inclusas no preço, recepção especial por estarmos em lua de mel, spa com boas instalações

Cons:

o restaurante é extremamente caro e a comida muito medíocre, comemos um risoto totalmente insosso, aquilo não é alta gastronomia. o que me incomodou extremamente é o fato de terem trazido uma segunda garrafa de água no jantar sem termos pedido e foi uma água que foi completamente desperdiçada. fiquei com vergonha de falar na hora e acabei pagando 8€ a mais por isso. achei péssimo, pouco centrado no cliente e me pareceu que só queriam ganhar uma margem a mais em cima da gente. foi o ponto baixo e estragou nossa visão de encantamento que tínhamos até aquele momento com toda a estadia e o hotel

Fabulous hotel set in the Tuscan hillside - a must for lovers or luxury and traquility
Pros:

Castello di Casole is a destination hotel - car, taxi or helicopter are the only ways to it. This is part of what makes it great, set in the Tuscan hillside with beautiful landscapes all sides the hotel affords the just under 40 rooms guest a tranquil relaxing place to stay. Service is exceptional, the food is even better. Castello di Casole is not the cheapest hotel by any means but you get what you pay for.
