Unbelievable! Stunning! The best ever!

This was the most amazing hotel I have stayed at. The friendly service, the location and scenery, every detail just hit the mark. The food and drink at all the restaurants was the best we have had in our 3 trips to Europe. I cannot put into words how amazing this property was.

A alma da Toscana em cada detalhe!
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, quartos muito confortáveis e elegantes, a equipe é muito atenciosa! E o hotel fica num local lindíssimo! E de tirar o fôlego! Fizemos passeio de bicicleta, no meio dos vales da Toscana (o hotel aluga)! Passamos horas na piscina que tem uma visão para a linda paisagem da Toscana! E os restaurantes são excelentes!

Cons:

A única reclamação é com respeito a água oferecida nos restaurantes! Tinha visto uma avaliação aqui e tive o mesmo problema! Eles cobram a água (que devia ser gratuita) e quase sempre trazem uma no final, que não é aberta mas é cobrada! Parece um tema pequeno, mas atrapalha a experiência quase perfeita do local! Acredito que o hotel poderia resolver oferecendo a água gratuitamente!

Pros:

Сьюты в 150 кв метров просто шикарные и с шикарным видом, лучше доплатить и остановится в них, чем останавливаться в обычных номерах. Обычные номера маловатые и половина без вида. Качество и комфорт самого отеля просто на высоте. Кухня просто высший класс!

Обычные номера не очень, лучше доплатить и брать сьюты.

Tutto perfetto. Unica punto se devo proprio trovarne uno il parcheggio sotto la camera un po fastidioso. Per il resto tutto eccellente, compreso l’ottimo servizio graize ad uno staff sorridente, solare, accogliente e molto professionale e preparato. Bravi!

Le petit déjeuner est un délice
Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être surclassé dans une très belle suite
La piscine est chauffée et avec une vue imprenable
Le bar extérieur permet de voir un magnifique coucher de soleil
