Me cobraron más de lo acordado en la reserva

Las instalaciones están bonitas , pero al llegar me cobraron más del precio acordado

No me gustó que el precio era de 350mil pesos y cuando llegue al hotel me cobraron 407 mil pesos, me cargaron un supuesto impuesto, esas situaciones hacen ver una publicidad engañosa ya que uno espera pagar lo que se acuerda y no que le digan que hay que pagar de más

La zona de piscina y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Deben actualizar las fotos, y colocar la realidad de como está el hotel, está bastante deteriorado, las habitaciones paredes sucias, uno de esos días el agua de la ducha salía sucia, de los 4 días que estubimos no nos cambiaron las toallas, el wifi no servía

Me gustaron mucho los espacios abiertos del hotel y su disposición.
Las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno muy rico.

No había agua caliente para bañarse. Justo al frente de la habitación del hotel hay un estacionamiento de lanchas y es muy ruidoso. La música a ful desde las 6 am
