La piscina no estaba muy limpia y la zona de duchas tampoco, mejoraría mucho la zona de piscina y baños y duchas ya que no se ve muy limpio y la piscina por sus baldosas blancas se ve sucia

Tuve una estadía de tres noches en el Hotel Palmarena Plaza Rodadero y quedé muy satisfecho. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

Quiero resaltar un gesto muy especial: olvidé unos objetos personales con gran valor sentimental y el equipo del hotel los reunió y los envió hasta Bogotá sin dudarlo. Fue un acto de verdadera vocación de servicio que agradezco muchísimo.

Sin duda, un hotel que se destaca por la calidad humana de su personal. Totalmente recomendado.

No tenía wi-fi el hotel cuando explícitamente dice que tiene internet avanzado. Y el aire acondicionado de mi habitación estaba dañado en la madrugada no pude dormir bien por el calor .

Habitaciones cómodas, buena atención desde recepción, el personal del restaurante y sobre todo la personal del bar.

Cons:

Un poco complicado usar la piscina en horarios de la mañana, debido a que llegaban personas externas a utilizarla para realizar cursos de buceo y se tomaban la piscina por un tiempo.

No concuerda el precio. Excesivamente caro para lo que brinda el hotel. No lo recomiendo.

Tiene una buena ubicación a dos cuadras de la playa.

Cons:

El personal. Vas a pedir un cuchillo para cortar unas frutas y tienen que pedir permiso todo muy raro. También te cortan el agua de noche(tampoco hay agua caliente) y si precisabas algo te daban tremenda vuelta.Mucho a mejorar.
