Estadía agradable y tranquila
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca a muchos restaurantes, tiendas, librerías y pequeños parques.
La atención del personal del hotel es cálido.

Cons:

El desayuno no es tipo bufete, pero es rico y suficiente.
Sería ideal que mejoraran el calentador de agua, durante el baño se enfría el agua.

Pros:

Jacqueline in the restaurant was super nice just like Veronica & Johan at the front desk. The 3 of them did great!!!

Cons:

The room had hairs previous to our arrival on April 1st in room 603. There were hairs on the pillow in the restroom and on the floor. That needs to be better next time. Also the use of Varsol (products had a strong odor and needs to be reduced during cleaning)
