Cons:

I did not like waiting for the staff to allocate me my room. I didnt mind that they said they couldnt allow me to check in earlier despise requesting for an early check in upon booking but even after 3pm, the room still wasn’t ready, when i finally got to the room, it was dirty and they had to send housekeeping later on to clean the room yet i had spent time waiting for the room which they said “ was being prepared”. I was so frustrated and disappointed.

The location is so convenient & easy, walk 2 mins away from the train station.
The kitchen facilities are so useful & nice to meet other people to talk about trips.

The only hotel I would ever stay at in Amsterdam!
Pros:

Excellent location, amenities on site and close by.

Cons:

Beds / pillow weren’t the most comfortable and you don’t have much control of the heating.
