La vista mare dal terrazzo sul tetto è veramente da perdere il fiato, come anche dalle camere: si dorme con il rumore delle onde. Il personale è cortese, preparato, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La nostra camera, una suite con vista mare laterale, era ampia, nuovissima, dotata di tutto l'occorrente. La piscina è piccola ma molto funzionale e piacevole. Il porto dista 1 km, la città vecchia circa 2 km, ma la passeggiata è fattibile e ricca di negozi, bar ristoranti di ogni tipo.

Staying at Batis Aero Beacfront Wellbeing Hotel was en excellent experience starting from the hotel's location, actually right at the beach front and Rethymno promenade, and up to the service provided.
The personnel is exceptionally attentive and helpful. All staff was never tired of smiling to every single guest and chatting a bit. That created atmosphere of hospitality and gave feeling of a VIP guest. All our requests were fulfilled very quickly and the best way possible. The room was large enough and equipped with everything necessary including air-conditioning, refilled toiletries, towels, a safe locker, and my personal point goes for tropical shower. The balconies are equipped with outdoor furniture and laundry drying rack. And I extremely appreciate that the beds were never done this irritating way when a blanket is tacked under the mattress. If you need a hairdryer request it at checking in, and keep for the whole period of stay.
Breakfast was quite sufficient and consisted of two parts starting with bread, some cheese, ham, vegetables and croissants, and then you choose an option from the quite variable breakfast menu. We tried almost everything on the menu and it was great. If you have an early sight-seeing tour and miss breakfast just address to the reception the evening before and a packed breakfast will be arranged for you, incl. sandwiches, croissants, some fruit and water. Hotel description says that breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, but it was not the case because of morning strong breeze and bright sun. Nevertheless I highly recommend to go up to the rooftop especially at sunset to enjoy the view over the seacoast, mountains and the town opened from above. There is a small but pleasant swimming pool in the hotel's patio which we used several times to refresh after the trips on stormy days when swimming in the sea was prohibited.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat einen kleinen Pool und liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Am Strand gibt es sehr bequeme Liegen, die man gegen Gebühr mieten kann. Es sind immer Liegen frei. Das Frühstück ist gut. Man bekommt jeden Morgen eine Grundausstattung (Wurst, Käse, Butter, Marmelade, Honig) und kann sich dann noch etwas aus der Karte dazu bestellen. Dadurch wird das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. In den Ortskern geht man circa 20 Minuten.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Der Gast steht hier im Mittelpunkt und man fühlt sich hervorragend betreut. Besonders der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always ready to help and accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean. The beach right in front of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, probably one of the best beaches nearby. The sunbeds and umbrellas were very comfortable.

Everything was beautiful, the room was always clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. Beach bar Sor was also amazing with great coffee and cocktails. If I ever come to Crete again I would definitely stay at Batis.

Lovely well presented and clean Hotel with a wonderful sea view. Kind, caring and diligent staff members, Great choice of food and drinks! Having a pool is such a bonus when not wanting a beach day! Views from the rooftop area were stunning especially when the sun was setting! The staff are amazing will go the extra mile to help !

Excellent location, close to the beach, nice staff. Many good restaurants nearby.
