Pros:

We spent 5 days and it was a calming experience. The people were always helpful with recommendations or with planning. The hotel is fully equipped we found everything what we needed. The beachfront of the hotel is again clean and organized and has a great vibe. The old city is around 15-20 minutes walk so it’s easily reachable. I can fully recommend staying with them!

Cons:

Locatie van de kamer. Ik reisde met een kind van 14. Op de site is niet duidelijk dat de kamers bijvoorbeeld pal tegenover of aan de bar letterlijk vast zit. Hierdoor geen privacy en mega veel lawaai. Het was nog niet eens hoogseizoen.
Als je op je balkon zat, zat je eigenlijk in de bar.

Viešnagė buvo puiki, bet, nors ir birželio pradžioje, truputį karštokas oras.
Pros:

Viešbutis yra geroje vietoje, ant jūros kranto. Iki senamiesčio nueiti galima pėsčiomis – vieną kartą reikėtų tai ir padaryti. Kadangi gyvenome pirmame aukšte, tai išėjus iš kambario (105) iš karto buvo galima patekti prie baseino. Baseino vanduo šiek tiek vėsesnis nei jūros, todėl buvo galima labiau atsivėsinti.

Pros:

Batis Aero is one of the best beach hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond for us, fulfilling special requests and helping our 13yo daughter when we were out in downtown Rethymno. Lovely setting - don't miss sunset from the rooftop.

Awesome, clean and cozy hotel with great staff!
Pros:

Everything was as advertised here! The staff was lovely; you can be absolutely sure that they'll help you with anything you need.

Everything was quite clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is nice; the hotel is surrounded by quite a few great restaurants, and everything we needed was within a walkable distance. Also, the hotel's food was quite delicious!

Cons:

The cleaning ladies however, despite obviously being great at cleaning and tidying up, didn't seem to respect the don't disturb sign. It happened on 2 separate occasions during our 4-days stay that they'd just open the room's door and ask to clean, despite the don't disturb sign being on.

Another minor inconvenience is that the curtains in the room leak lots of sunlight into the room, which makes it hard to sleep without an eye mask.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very good facilities, refurbished to a high standard. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice. Aris and Ros were particularly helpful. Great information given at check-in and helpful restaurant recommendations. Sunbeds on beach were comfortable and good value.

Cons:

The bar/breakfast area is at the front of the hotel. Therefore, if you have a room facing the sea, it's directly below your window. Music is playing quite loudly from 7.45am until about 1.00am - we didn't mind but it could be disturbing.
Also, the location of the hotel means that a walk to the old town is 25-30 minutes - it's further than it looks!

Der Strand war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Frühstück eintönig und nur ein Kaffee pro Person (14 Tage immer dasselbe Frühstück)
Sonntags keine Zimmerreinigung.

Pros:

Belle chambre moderne. Très bon petit déjeuner et acces à la plage et au transat. Le personnel de chambre est aussi très accueillant avec un préparation de la chambre avec soin.

Un séjour magique merci à tout le staff pour cette expérience incroyable
Pros:

Tout était parfait , les chambres ,la propreté , le lieu avec les plages en face et les transat , et à la fois proche de la vieille ville à pieds, l’ambiance le personnel au petit soin , la décoration … de très bonnes vibes , nous n’avons qu’une envie y retourner !!!

Pros:

Hôtel très moderne, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée , personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner (pas en roof top contrairement à ce qui était écrit dans les commentaires mais devant l hôtel) est un peu léger (yaourts et fruits frais en option payante , un seul café et un seul jus )
Les transats de l' hôtel sur la plage sont payants(consommation obligatoire) c est dommage.
