Einmaliger Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und mitten in der Natur mit einer Reitsportanlage.
Die Fahrt zum Hotel ist einizgartig. Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und konnte deutsch.
Das WLAN war inklusive. Perfektes Hotel für Gäste mit Hunde.

Cons:

Die Bilder haben uns leider sehr getäuscht und der Preis für eine Nacht passt in keinem Fall zu dem Angebot!
Die komplette Unterkunft wirkt alt, die Matratzen waren abgenutzt und unbequem, das Bad alt und unrenoviert, keine Möglichkeit nachts das Fenster zu öffnen wegen fehlender Moskitonetze und der Fernseher zu klein und zu alt.
Unsere Kinder haben sich auf die Pferde von den Bildern gefreut, diese haben wir aber vergeblich gesucht.
Tut uns leid, aber wir waren nicht besonders begeistert! Wir wären wieder sofort abgereist, hätten wir vorher das Hotel inkl. Zimmer live gesehen.

Relax nel verde
Pros:

Vengo spesso in questa struttura perché mi piace il contesto in cui si trova. Tranquillo in mezzo al verde e spesso si incontrano simpatici animaletti.
Buona la colazione ed anche il ristorante..poca scelta nel menu ,ma quello che servono è di gusto.

Cons:

Qualche zanzariera in più risulterebbe più comodo,come per l'illuminazione nelle parti comuni.

Volevo provare l'esperienza di dormire all'interno del Parco Naturale di Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli. Prima di pernottare nella struttura avevo letto le recensioni e mi ero fatto un'idea. La posizione è ottima e la location suggestiva, bella, imponente, quasi d'altri tempi. Anche di notte, illuminata, è magnifica. Senza aria condizionata il riposo notturno è stato un po' sfidante ma tutto sommato i ventilatori hanno fatto il loro dovere. Letto confortevole, camera spaziosa. Asciugamani. Distributore bevande (a monete) a disposizione. Bello passeggiare nei dintorni tra la natura. Parcheggio subito fuori dalla tenuta, vicinissimo e sicuro. Colazione con varie possibilità, ottima l'accoglienza della signora. Il mio giudizio è positivo, con alcune migliorie da apportare.

Cons:

Se fossi rimasto più giorni (mi sono fermato per una notte) con temperature esterne simili avrei faticato un po' la notte: avere un condizionatore renderebbbe l'esperienza migliore. Zanzariera mancante. Porte del vano doccia non scorrevano bene. Lampadari e qualche angolo della camera da rinfrescare. Wi-Fi da rivedere.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig!
Optimal für Ausflüge ans Meer oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pisa.
Personal war freundlich und für eine Nacht war die Unterkunft für uns ok.. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung!

Cons:

Die Bilder haben uns leider etwas getäuscht und der Preis für eine Nacht passt in keinem Fall zu dem Angebot!
Die komplette Unterkunft wirkt alt und von den Betten und der Ausstattung eher wie ein Landschulheim.
Die Dusche war sehr klein.
Tut uns leid, waren nicht besonders begeistert!

A stunning venue in the middle of nowhere
Pros:

Back to basics, steeped in history, an amazing location. Beautiful country side retreat. Great atmosphere, restaurant was basic but perfect serving fresh food and a well stocked bar.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel was as expected.

If you are looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay, stay away!!

Cons:

One of the worst experiences I have ever had as a tourist. Unfortunately, this was not simply a disappointing stay , the basic standards of hygiene, maintenance and customer service were completely unacceptable.

The bathroom was in an appalling condition. The toilet was literally leaking, and the flush did not work properly. I ended up having to use the waste bin to manually clean the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of its price.

The bathroom had no window or proper ventilation, and the fan did not work either. The situation was unpleasant and unhygienic.

The air conditioning appeared to be extremely old and produced such a loud, continuous noise that it was almost impossible to sleep. Turning it off was not really an option either, given the condition of the room.

Breakfast was practically non-existent and fell far below what I would reasonably expect from a hotel. The reception service was equally disappointing. It seemed as though the reception operated on a very limited schedule, and there was nobody available when we actually needed assistance.

Overall, this hotel seriously fails on the basics: functioning facilities, cleanliness, comfort, maintenance and customer service.

I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. If you are looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay, stay away. There are far better options.
