Pros:

Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub tun were clean and uncrowded, perfect for rainy weether!

Cons:

Trash can outside main entrance was overflowing and wind was blowing trash all over. Not a great first impression.

Just okay with some disappointing areas … staff was nice and helpful though

Liked the location except for the seals making noise all day / night

Cons:

Blinds would not close … one vertical blind slat broke trying to turn them. Curtains only go over to the edge of window but does not cover doorway … since blinds would not close, we had no privacy from outside walkers on our honeymoon.

Great stay in Astoria
Pros:

We stayed here in June, only for one night. We ended up loving Astoria, and wished we could've stayed longer, but it wasn't in the plans. Hotel was great. We booked through the Hilton Honors app, which I recommend, cause then you can pick your room. I also picked to have a river facing room, which I would recommend. Rooms were clean, comfortable, maybe a little tight for a family of 3 with 3 suitcases, but we made it work. Complimentary breakfast was the usual fare. Definitely recommend getting out and walking along the river walk path. Other reviews mentioned the sea lions, but we didn't hear any while we were there. It's also close to Pier 39, which has a great little coffee place.

Overall, great stay, price was reasonable, rooms were comfortable and clean!

A holiday stay, wonderfully predictable. (And that is a good thing)
Pros:

Our arrival on Christmas Day was effortless, no fuss and fast. The property was clean, well layed out, newish, and wonderfully predictable. (That is a good thing) Angel at the front desk was efficient, and knowledgeable, and Roy in the dining room was really on top of things, also efficient and timely in his replenishment of all things edible… the hot tub was great.

Nice room , comfortable beds. GREAT view of the Columbia River. Right on the river. Behind the hotel is a pedestrian path. Dog friendly.

Pros:

This hotel is right on the water. Pier 39 is a very short walk away, and there is a waterfront paved walkway that was very nice. Views of Columbia river were great.

Great location on the water
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location right on the water. You can walk to pier 39, there's a nice waterfront trail you can walk on and see sea lions. The rooms are big and modern. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Astoria again

Cons:

Wallpaper off the wall in 6 places, mold in bathroom old toilet despncer, broken light, bad smell in hall and room. No view, parking lot and rooftop leaking bathroom pipes under sink flooded our bathroom toiletries. We felt because we used you we got the worst room!
