Really nice large room with a balcony overlooking the Columbia River. The views were amazing! This was a clean room with a mini fridge and microwave, and large fluffy towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.
A few doors down and out on a pier were some sea lions. I knew about this beforehand based on previous reviews. They were pretty loud for hours on end, but we are city people and once we went to bed we slept soundly. If you are sensitive to sound, maybe pick a room on the other side (away from the river).

Everything was great.
Disrepair, floors were not cleaned properly. Not much room only seating was a desk chair. Very noisy from the first floor right below us. I'm sure it was kitchen prep every night. The heater ac unit was pulling away from the wall.. never again.

The staff were somewhat nice and the location isn't horrible.
The room itself is smaller than expected. The sink has a consistent drip no matter what, and nothing in the posting mentioned having a fire alarm test so early in the morning and it being required for them to enter every room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience and if weren't for the fees for the cancelation I would have found somewhere else to stay. Not only that but the sea lions were barking throughout the entire day and night, which was also not mentioned in the booking at all. I am not staying here again when it isn't worth the money.

The mattress
Location view and overall construction of the property was nice.
Staff were not very pleasant, the guy running the breakfast had a grump face the entire time and seemed like he got upset anytime you went and got food and went over and tried to clean up every area as people were getting their food. They also ran out of there Main scramble and meat selection and didn't replace it when they ran out even though there was plenty of time left for the 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. breakfast.
The blanket on our bed smelled like mildew and they didn't have any additional blankets to replace it with from the laundry so we were stuck either using that or using our own.
We stayed for the holiday weekend for 4th of July and spent nearly $1,000 for two nights stay so we expected much more than what we got for the value.
That we had a river front room
Thin walls, listened to out ‘neighbors’ alarms, phone calls, fight, and have conversations
After I asked for an upgrade, we got a decent room
The first room we were looking at the parking lot, and the room was tiny, we couldn't even get the cart in far enough to unload for ,4 people,so I asked for an upgrade
We liked the location of hotel & the room with a view of the river was nice. Pool & hot tub were nice also.
Pet fee of $75.00 for 1 night is too high. It's usually $25.00 per night.
A staff member at breakfast was rude to my husband and to my cousins husband. It was reported by both of them but nothing was said or done to resolve the issue.
