Could be a great hotel.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. They were helpful and pleasant.
The gym, sauna, pool and ski locker boot room were first class. The food was good and varied. Rooms were clean and serviced well.

Cons:

Only one lift for guests, leading to long wait times. The hair dryer over heated every 20 seconds, the heated towel rails did not work and the hotel was not visually attractive.

Dovolenka naplánovaná na poslednú chvílu a tak som nemal žiadne očakávanie a tak moje prekvapenie bolo obrovské. Veľmi príjemný hotel, krásne vybavenie a super prístup celého personálu. Aj ked to je All inclusive tak milo prekvapila kvalita servírovanej večere a každý chod bol prekvapením a veľmi chutný. Už rozmýšlam kedy sa vrátim.

Absolut zu empfehlendes Hotel für einen Wellnessurlaub aber auch im Winter eine Top-Adresse!
Pros:

Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass unser Zimmer bereits zwei Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check-In verfügbar war und das wir als Draufgabe noch ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten haben. Die Damen bei den Rezeption und der Barkeeper waren sehr kompetent und freundlich.

Nichts, mir hat alles an diesem Urlaub gefallen.
