Cortesia ed ospitalità, pulizia camera e modernità della struttura. Parcheggio riservato a clienti , molto apprezzato

Pros:

Hôtel familial où tout le monde a le sourire et le soucis de vous aider. Chambre très propre, rien à redire dessus, et très fonctionnel. La literie était bonne. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’insonorisation avec le couloir, on entend tout et les autres voyageurs ne sont pas très respectueux la nuit quand ils rentrent…

Trato cercano, limpieza y confort.
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Theófilos ha sido excelente. Lo que más nos gustaría destacar es la amabilidad de los propietarios, especialmente Georgia y Niko, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.
Georgia siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos, nos recomendó lugares preciosos para visitar y estuvo pendiente de si necesitábamos cualquier cosa durante toda la estancia. Por su parte, Nico nos facilitó el alquiler de un coche, lo que nos permitió movernos por la isla con total comodidad.
La limpieza de la habitación era impecable cambiaban las toallas todos los días y teníamos helly champú secador cepillo de dientes etcétera Además, la cama era muy cómoda y descansamos de maravilla todas las noches.
Sin duda, es un alojamiento muy recomendable por el trato tan cercano y familiar que ofrecen, así como por la limpieza y el confort. Si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Το δωματιο δεν ειχε μπαλκονι. Καλοκαιρινες διακοπές στην Κρήτη σε δωματιο χωρίς μπαλκόνι είναι απαράδεκτο. Δεν υπαρχει μια καρεκλα και ενα ερμαριο στο δωματιο για να ακουμπησεις ενα laptop ή ένα χαρτι για σημειώσεις ...

A good place for 2 people. But room felt small for the price.
Pros:

Very good staff. Clean room and ice cold AC.

Cons:

Room is not as big as you feel it is by looking at the photos, feels a bit congested. A table to eat food was missing in the room.

Pros:

Niko persona cordiale che conosce anche l'italiano, la posizione fuori dal centro ma ha 10 minuti garantisce un ottimo riposo lontano dal caos, ma un'ottima velocità nell' arrivare nel cuore di Chania e anche all'aeroporto

Pros:

Excellent value for money. Very, very, helpful staff. Clean; spacious rooms, balcony with drying rack. If you are going to use the public transport, ask staff how it works before you set off. I would also recommend getting a rental car - there is free parking at the hotel and getting out of Chania from the hotel is very easy. And I liked the shower setup.

Cons:

A safe in room would have been helpful.
