Het leek op foto een luxere uitstraling te hebben en het zag allemaal nieuwer uit , een beetje onderhoud mag wel gepleegd worden likje verf en het behang even terug vastplakken, misschien een nieuw hoofdbord van het bed aangezien de schaafplekken van de handboeien er in zaten.

When we arrived, the bathroom wasn't 100% clean - there were hairs on the floor, which were cleaned quickly when we asked them to. Additionally, our room was on the ground floor, and so we could hear a lot of noise during the day. Finally, the cleaning staff opened the door while we were inside, even though we asked them not to.

The room for two people should really be a single room. There is practically no lighting in the bathroom, so if someone needs to do their makeup or shave, the only option is to do it by the window using their own mirror. The bathroom ventilation barely works, which means the towels are constantly damp. The beds are awful — the mattresses slide off throughout the entire night.

We also had problems entering the hotel, as the door is opened only by the receptionist.

We were checked out one day earlier by mistake, so suddenly we also couldn’t enter the room at all. During cleaning, the staff even used our luggage as a door stopper.

Throughout the day, I could also see bedding lying on the floor and on plastic foil, most likely prepared for incoming guests (I hope no one walking through the corridor stepped on it).

De afstandsbediening werkt niet, ik ga daarvoor 3 keer naar de receptie. Haardroger werkt niet .gordijnen half los. De badkamer zonder deur, als je de douche neemt, komt het hele water eruit .

Assolutamente da migliorare la pulizia della camera, specialmente per chi pernotta più di una notte. Al nostro arrivo andiamo subito in bagno ed era sporco, si può immaginare di cosa, con gocce di urina sull’asse. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla reception di rimediare, ed è stato pulito. La doccia non aveva la porta, quindi andava acqua dappertutto. Il flacone di sapone appeso al muro di fianco al lavandino sgocciolava, pian piano si creava una pozza di sapone in terra che non è stata mai pulita. Lavandino minuscolo, per lavarsi i denti bisognava prendere la mira. Il phon non funzionava, anche questo abbiamo dovuto chiederlo alla reception. Il letto lasciava altrettanto a desiderare, dei materassini posti sulla struttura del letto che continuavano a spostarsi. Non c’era un copri materasso ma un lenzuolo messo tutto storto che appena ci si muoveva si spostava tutto, mai stato sistemato dal servizio in camera. Copriletto mai cambiato, per errore abbiamo anche guardato dentro al copri piumino e c’era una macchia enorme di non voglio sapere cosa. Un giorno non ci hanno rimesso gli asciugamani, certe volte avevo il dubbio che li cambiassero perché a volte erano umidi persino al nostro ritorno in camera ore dopo la “pulizia”. Pavimento probabilmente mai pulito, la sporcizia che c’era la mattina era sempre lì al nostro ritorno. Anche i bicchieri mai cambiati anche se usati; li abbiamo usati per sciogliere delle medicine, la mattina li lasciavamo sul bordo del tavolino per far capire che erano da cambiare, e puntualmente ogni sera li trovavamo capovolti sul vassoietto con ancora il residuo di medicina incrostato. A un certo punto non ci interessava neanche più far notare queste cose, o avremmo passato metà del soggiorno in reception.
Quasi 500 euro (4 notti) per questo servizio anche no.

There was mold in the room, which was really concerning. Housekeeping didn’t actually clean the room during my stay, the same dirty towels were just folded and placed back on the bed, and on one occasion my pillows were placed on the floor right next to the moldy corner, just weird. Another time, the remote was tucked under the sheets. Overall, the hygiene and cleanliness were far below standard. I’ve experienced indifference from hotel staff before in my travels, but this was honestly one of the most bizarre and disappointing housekeeping experiences I’ve had.
