明け方6:00前に　隣の部屋の改装工事が始まり10分以上の騒音が続いたが、勝手に業者さんが入ることは出来ないので、スタッフが許可をしたのだと思われる。
また、余りにも安いので、今回　興味本位で利用したが、定宿としてるJR九州小倉ステーションホテルと比べ　お値段の差以上にサービスに開きがあった。歯ブラシ等の案内やドリンクバーやパンなどもチェックインの時には、案内は一切なく、此方からの確認で初めて分かったが、パンが美味しかったのは、唯一良かったところかな。

Googleの評価はかなり悪いようだが、おそらくダメな部分が水道と排水とベッドかと推測。
人体工学の観点から鑑みて「史上最悪のベッド」
とも言えるくらい床に寝ているかのごとく硬いベッドでこんな硬いベッドはあまり類を見ない。
身体が痛くなってしまい休んだ気になれない。
これはスタッフとかが悪いのでは無く経営者に大きな問題があると思う。
評価が低い職場にしてしまったらスタッフ可哀想だと思う。
経営者は働く人の気持ちを考えてあげるべき事案。
設備やサービスで良いところが沢山あるホテルなのに勿体ないと感じた。

パン、飲み物サービスが最高。
Pros:

部屋については、風呂の配置が一般的なビジネスホテルと違うため、ドアを開けるとすぐにベッドだった。横長な部屋。
サービスについては、私が利用した時には、パンや飲み物が常時提供されており、簡素な朝食で良い人なら、十分なものだった。その店大変満足してる。
