Einfache, aber schöne Unterkunft direkt am Eingang zum Palenque-Nationalpark
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Eingangstor zum Palenque-Nationalpark (mit den Ruinen). Freundliches Personal mit 24h-Verfügbarkeit. Saubere Duschen, moderne Bidet-Toiletten. Waschmaschinen und Wäscheleinen stehen zur Verfügung.

Cons:

In meiner Hütte gab es nur eine einzige Glühbirne mit grell-kaltweißem Licht - hier hätte man durch z.B. eine Nachttischlampe eine deutlich bessere Atmosphäre schaffen können. Die Vorhänge sind nicht ganz blickdicht. Der Safe war bei mir defekt. Die offene Küche war sehr klein und nicht immer sauber. Restaurant in Ordnung, aber verhältnismäßig teuer.

Très bonne auberge pour passer une nuit avant d’aller aux ruines de Palenque

Good no-fuss stay
Pros:

Great ‘hostel-vibe’ accommodation. We had a private cabin with bathroom and it was l basic but clean. It was what I expected for the price 🙃.
Would recommend this place for a short stay or if you are okay without the any luxuries.

Dinner and breakfast at the restaurnt was good value.

Pros:

Nice pool and relax area. Opposite the ticket office for the ruins. Helpful information desk that can arrange various tours in the area. Clean.

Dortoirs horrible : sans aucune intimité et très mal équipé en sanitaire. Peut être pas si compliqué de séparer au moins les lits avec des rideaux ?

Exact voor de ingang, mooie jungletuin met hangmatten. Prijs/kwaliteit coor privekamer klopt niet
Pros:

De accomodatie ligt exact voor de ingang van het ticketverkoop (die om 8:00 opengaat, eerder komen heeft geen zin)
De cabanas liggen prachtig in de jungle en tuin.
Ik mocht douchen voordat ik mijn nachtbus ging pakken, terwijl ik al uitgecheckt was, superfijn! Personeel bij de receptie is aardig en meedenkend.

Cons:

De prijs/kwaliteit van mijn privekamer klopte echt niet. Ik deelde mijn ‘huis’ met 2 dorms met totaal 8 bedden. Er zijn ook rustige 2 persoons privecabanas met eigen badkamer. Die zijn goedkoper. Mijn duurdere huisje’ deelde ik nog met 2 dorms met 4 bedden.
Veel mensen aan het werk (boren, electra ed) , wat nogal storende geluiden gaf, als je van de junglegeluiden wilt genieten.

Es war super und ich wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein kleines Hütchen gemietet und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles was man braucht. Frische Handtücher, es gab sogar Kleiderbügel. Auf dem Gelände gab es eine Gemeinschaftsküche, das war sehr schön, da man dort meist auf andere Hostelgaeste gestoßen ist und sich nett unterhalten hat während dem kochen.
Das Hostel liegt direkt am Eingang an dem man die Eintrittskarten kaufen konnte um die Ruinen zu besuchen. Zu den Ruinen war es noch ein netter Spaziergang von ca 2 km
Wenn man dies nicht laufen möchte kann man sich auch ein Taxi bestellen .
Man ist von Natur umgeben hört morgens die bruellaffen und es gibt Hängematten und sogar einem Pool. Die duschen sind sogar auch warm.
Ich würde sofort wieder dort buchen.
Zur ADO Busstation sind es ca 4,5 Kilometer zu laufen

Cons:

Leider wurde unser vorbereitetes Essen aus dem Gemeinschaftskühlschrank geklaut und aufgegessen.
Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts.
