Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Mayastätte zu entdecken
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer. Trotz der Lage in der Natur sehr sauber und keine Insekten im Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat fast ausschließlich europäische Gerichte auf der Karte. Pool könnte sauberer sein (aber mitten im Dschungel gibt es nunmal auch viel Laub).

Nature and location perfection!
Pros:

The whole place is so lush! Full of green spaces. The pool was great, and the location close to the ruins was just spectacular.

Cons:

As in many other places in Mexico, their recycling efforts are precarious. They can do way better. Also, the staff were just okay.

The location is very good and the whole setting very nice.

Cons:

The restaurant was convenient, but the atmosphere was rather cold and uncomfortable. The laundry service is far too expensive. The rooms are quite small.

Beautiful property, helpful staff, right across the street from the ticket office and shuttles to the ruins

Cons:

Because the pool flows from the smaller part to the larger part, the larger part was often full of leaves, bugs, hair, etc. which made it undesirable to swim in

Very lovely and relaxing stay
Pros:

I loved the place. Clean hotel room, nice jungle ambience, sweet and caring staff, functional and well equipped guest kitchen, right across from the colectivo/ticketing station for Palenque archeological zone. The pool was nice especially for very hot days. I loved the bug nets on the windows so you can sleep with the windows open and soak in the jungle air without bites. After check out I was allowed to use the public areas so I could catch a quick dip/shower before hopping on the long ride home. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Cons:

It’s just far from everything- not a lot of food or spa options - but that’s the way it is for being in the jungle.

Cómodo en medio de la naturaleza
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación tanto para llegar como para trasladarte a las ruinas, tiene algunos senderos para caminar, la piscina es buena opción para relajarse en medio de los sonidos de la selva, si haces check out puedes guardar tus cosas en un locker, mi transporte salia por la tarde y pude hacer uso de la piscina, duermes rodeado de la naturaleza, pero cómodo, buena opción si vas a Palenque y quieres desconectar un poco (aunque hay wifi y es buena la señal).

Beautiful location in the forest and close to ticket office for the ruins. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept and the pool was lovely.

Cons:

Food in the restaurant could be better and it annoyed me they added 10% tip by default because of this. They also have an inconvenient code system for the internet which only lasts 3 hours. The huts are mostly without walls so if there are noisy guests around you hear everything. Shared bathroom facilities were very rustic but the shower temperature and pressure was good, which has been a rare occurrence during my travels in Mexico

The best was the proximity to the ruins, and waking up to birds singing. The cabin was modest, but clean, right in front of the pool, which is very well kept. It's a place to relax. They keep noise to the minimum which is something I'm deeply grateful for.

The food isn't the best, but they have a basic kitchen to prep basic meals.

J’ai adoré mon séjour, dans ce coin très naturel
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment paradisiaque, dans un endroit entouré de nature.
J’ai pu entendre les singes le matin. Voir plusieurs animaux différents se promener autour.
La cuisine est très très propre et équipée de tout ce qu’il faut.
Juste à côté des ruines.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre. Si vous souhaitez faire des courses ou autre il faut prendre un collectivo qui passe toutes les 10min à peu près.

Gorgeous setting, uninspiring restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful cabanas set in gorgeous gardens, right next to the entrance to the Palenque National Pk.

The cabanas were very comfortable, we only had a fan but that was enough for us. They had nice toiletries and a huge bed!

The pool was also very nice.

Cons:

Front of house staff were polite but not very knowledgeable-ie: they could not tell us how much the entrance fee to Palenque National Pk / ruins was (though it’s both the main attraction and 1 min walk from them).

The restaurant was uninspiring- we used it only once and then reverted to Don Muchos, which is in the hotel opposite it-highly recommend it.
