Pros:

Big room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast, easy communication with staff. Good value for money.

Cons:

Very loud (zero sound isolation in the rooms to the street and everything can be heard from inside the building - other rooms, hallway, even reception, since room was on the first floor). The cleaning of the building in the morning is very loud. Very small shower and no ventilation in bathroom. Some basic essentials missing in kitchen (i.e. dish soap and cloth).
