Pros:

Colazione molto varia con prodotti di prima qualità, letto king size, ottimo materasso e 2 tipi di cuscini, il plus è il parcheggio sotterraneo. Il personale è gentilissimo, avevo prenotato una normale matrimoniale superior e mi è stata assegnata dietro richiesta la stanza con patio.. Albergo ben insonorizzato dotato di centro fitness all'ultimo piano.
Tutto pulitissimo.

Cons:

il minibar fornito solo di acqua e in una struttura a 4 stelle dovrebbe avere anche alcune bevande

Great staff. Average stay
Pros:

The staff was great, the underneath parking garage. The fitness was small, but ok. Sauna area was not crowded. The hotel was clean. The staff and engineers fixed the broken items in my room, asap and that was good as this took away my irritation. It felt safe. The room was rather big. Very long and usefull working table.

Cons:

The room had a lot of issues the previous customers should have reported. Like broken hairdryer, no Airco, no fan, the safe was not properly working, room next door had a dog, damaged door (exactly at the height of the lock, hmmmm strange).
The sauna costs €20 for 90 minutes.

Come già scritto precedentemente, a parte la " ragazza con capelli rossi " di cui non so il nome, lo staff lo trovo scortese a tal punto che, se elogi, tutto ok...se solo fai una lamentela, addirittura ti riappendono il telefono senza salutare. Qs accaduto esattamente settimana scorsa. Io da terapeuta e commerciante NON TOLLERO QS COMPORTAMENTI. PS: SE LO STAFF HA QUEL LAVORO È PERCHÉ NOI CLIENTI USUFRUIAMO DI QUELL' HOTEL! Ho avuto un grosso problema di salute DOCUMENTABILE e, rendendomi conto del poco preavviso, mi avrebbero comunque fatto pagare 90 €, io , in qualità di commerciante e gerente di un attività in ROMAGNA mai e poi mai mo sarei comportata così con una cliente fissa quale sono io e spesso il mio compagno. Grazie 🙏

Sono una cliente quasi settimanale e, fino a quando tutto va bene, ok...alla minima richiesta direi personale maleducato tranne la ragazza coi capelli rossi di cui non ricordo il nome!

Cons:

Non mi piace l'approccio che hanno in reception ( specie personale maschile) addirittura appendono telefono senza salutare se dai un feedback negativo! Essendo commerciante anch'io direi veramente scandaloso. Dopo un grosso problema di salute DOCUMENTABILE accaduto in giornata ho chiesto, visto la mia assiduità nel frequentare l hotel se potevano chiudere un occhio. Premetto che io mi reco almeno 1/2 volte a settimana. Tutti abbiamo delle regole ma...volere è potere!
