Reservasyonu yaparken yorumları okuyarak tercih ettik. Türkler maalesef ki yemeklerin iyi olduğunu bilirmişler. Fakat küçüklüğümden beri otele giden birisi olarak Türklere uygun bir yemek yok. Ancak tesisin konumu, denizi ve odalar güzeldi. Resepsiyondakiler çok kaba ve suratsızdı, belki de vatandaşlığımdan dolayıdır. Otelin girişinde farklı ülkelerin bayrakları var ama Türk bayrağını göremedim.

Soggiorno gradevole ma non ci tornerei

Vicino alla spiaggia, mare bello. Asciugamani gratuiti e si potevano cambiare ogni giorno. Staff della reception, piscina del bar, camerieri e ragazzo della spiaggia gentili e disponibili. All inclusive ok, cucina molto internazionale ma buona.

Cons:

Il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio gigante in camera, abbiamo chiamato le signore delle pulizie con difficoltà l hanno fatto uscire e disinfettato. La stessa sera ne è uscito un altro ancora più grande allorché ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza. In un hotel a 5 stelle non è ammissibile. Oltretutto scarafaggi morti rimasti in corridoio per più di un giorno. Ce l’ hanno cambiata con una più interna e non è più successo. Il Signore che chiudeva le piscine era molto scortese e iniziava a sistemare un’ ora prima della chiusura anche in modo molto scocciato. Ombrelloni in spiaggia non abbastanza per tutti gli ospiti dovevi arrivare entro le 930/9.45 seno’ non trovavi posto. Ci sono sempre i furbi che occupano ombrellone con teli e se ne vanno ma il ragazzo in spiaggia era davvero bravo e ci ha sempre aiutato! E’ una struttura sovrappopolata.

לקחנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית לכן לא יצאנו הרבה מהחדר אבל לזוג שבא עם חדר רגיל יהיה להם פחות כיף כי זה משפחתי יותר והקהל היעד או העיקרי שם זה גרמנים אז קחו בחשבון

ההליכה לאזור של הבריכות פרטיות ארוכה ובעלייה לכן קצת מאיישת, ובעיקר נדהמנו מהצוות שהיה קצת ייבש לעומת המלון שקודם שהיינו.

Great stay
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. I really liked my room, especially the private pool and sea view. The food was good and there was plenty to choose from. The beach is also very close. Overall, I had a great stay.

Cons:

Most of the staff were nice, but sometimes I felt like some staff members were looking at me strangely, which made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was good.

Ottimo resort, splendida location ma cibo e drink davvero deludenti.
Pros:

La location meravigliosa direttamente sulla spiaggia di Stegna. La struttura ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i servizi. L'ottimo staff di animazione ed il servizio di trasporto interno.

Cons:

La ristorazione di qualità medio bassa, la scarsa preparazione del personale di sala e la maleducazione di una responsabile di sala. Il buffet principale che chiude alle 21. La qualità dei drink in generale e del cibo del pool bar. Ne consegue che il rapporto qualità prezzo non è corretto.

Très bien mais évitez le prestataire yamas boat
Pros:

La propreté du village est exemplaire les espaces extérieurs les infrastructures tout est nickel le squash est magnifique le restaurant est qualitatif et varié la plage est très belle, les transat sont épais et confortable a conditions de venir avant 9h30 sinon pas simple d en trouvé mais possible

Le partenaire pour le bateau yamas boat dans la réception est une honte, expérience horrible vidéo a l appui comment vous pouvez proposé ce service a votre clientèle alors qu il y a de nombreux autres loueur netement mieux..... agressif mal poli regardé les avis 1 étoile sur Google vous comprendrez

Very child friendly hotel great for families.
Pros:

Great quality of food, good facilities, clean property and a lot of activities for kids.

Cons:

The beach was full of pebbles even though it was advertised as sandy beach not very toddler friendly. At times the service was slow and felt understaffed. Also the menus needed some healthier options for children, even a simple pasta would do.

Très bel hôtel familial, calme et chaleureux !
Pros:

L’emplacement était superbe : hôtel niché au fond d’une impasse, donc très calme. La plage très proche de l’hôtel c’est très agréable et sans musique pour se relaxer, il y a en plus des toilettes.
L’hôtel est joliement décoré, de manière moderne. Lobby agréable, plusieurs piscines donc une au calme avec un accès de plein pied depuis la chambre. Super club enfant : joli cadre climatisé et animatrices et animateurs internationaux au top (dont un couple adorable de français qui ont été géniaux avec nos enfants) La cuisine variée et bonne. J’ai beaucoup aimé le calme, c’est un hôtel (où la plus part des vacanciers sont allemands) et la végétation très belle de l’hôtel. Salle de sport et spa superbes et animations le soir de qualité et aussi animations pour les enfants.

Cons:

La vue depuis la chambre côté piscine un peu triste et manque d’espace. Déception que notre demande d’avoir deux chambres côtes à côtes n’ait pas été prise en compte, même si le problème a été résolu le lendemain.
